Looks great! But here's a crazy suggestion, if it's not too late:
Can the image go on just ONE side? If the other is left blank, maybe that would leave room for people to sign each other's koozies? A few fine-tip Sharpies would do the trick.
Just my two cents' worth. We can sign 'em even if it's printed on both sides...just have to write tinier!
