Yes please! Work the logistics of this and you can use our cooler to ice it

Can't wait for the brunch. I'll bring some bagels and vegan cream cheese! If I can figure out where to get it in bulk, in cans I'll bring some iced coffee! See y'all soon. Happy dance!
I cannot say I've ever had cheese curds. Are these cheese curds you refer to similiar in nature to cottage cheese, ricotta?
How to describe cheese curds....If you don't live near a cheese factory you've probably never heard of them because they should ideally be eaten within hours of manufacture. Their flavor is mild, with about the same firmness as cheese, but with a springy or rubbery texture. They're a little salty usually and some of the cheese factories flavor them as well with varieties like garlic, jalapeno, etc.
You can have them shipped throughout the country but they're not as good if they've been sitting on your doorstep all day

This actually sounds good, Katbur2. I love a good cheese. Sometimes I'll go to my favorite monger and just point and say, "I'll take a 1/4 pound of this and that one too." Then get some crackers and my favorite beverage, sit and enjoy.
