Anyhow - Free Large whenever I want it. Dude was like, "i see here you've ordered from us a lot." .............. I said, "yeah, I live alone. Pizza is the jam for people who live alone." So next time I call, he has a credit linked to my number and I get pizza FO FREE.

So about 3 weeks ago, we were in chat, and I was hungry. EAP encouraged me to get a pizza and blow my diet for the day (thanks lady! ) I order ONE medium pizza from Papa Johns. No extras. I get the confirmation email that says "Your pizza will arrive in 80-90 minutes."
.......80-90 MINUTES?! it's a Monday! During this time, Gardenfresh decides he needs pizza too. I think there was some additional dinner munching going on with other chatters at the time.
WELL - my phone was on vibrate, and Im distracted by chatting. So 90 minutes comes around, and I pick up my phone to see 2 missed calls from 30 MIN after I had placed the order. One from the gate of my building, and one from an unrecognized number. No messages. I think, "poop."
I call the PJ's and ask them if they'd attempted delivery. The guy was super nonchalant and really asshole-y and basically told me that it didnt matter what time I had gotten confirmation for, that they dont have to leave messages when they attempt delivery, and if I wanted my pizza, i'd have to make ANOTHER order and now it definitely WOULD take 2 hours. I asked if my first order $ was being refunded and he said yes. So I said, Thanks, and hung up.

.......by this time GF is chowing on his pizza. and it's 10pm. I was livid. So I sent an email to PJs telling them how RUDE the guy was and that when I make an order, Im not on call from the moment I hit submit. I got the generic email return of "here's your incident number, we're sorry, blah blah, the store will contact you."

Just yesterday I sent them another email and said, No one has called me yet, and I'll make sure to pass along your horrible customer service review to the 89 other units in my building. Then they called me today.
