If I missed a thread on them my bad. But Ive had a friend trying to get me to check them out for a while, and for whatever reason I never got around to it. Finally checked them out after the lineup release, and I am loving it. Cant wait for this show.
I only learned of them through the Gorillaz a year or two ago, but then they were on the FIFA soundtrack and I had to dig deeper. I love it. Glad they're on Thursday.
Kudos for the thread. Never heard of them before Bonnaroo but I was really digging their tunes in my car today. Yukimi is a Japanese beauty that lays down some sexy soul on top of some real chill beats. Lookin forward to this show. I'm also hoping for a collaboration with SBTRKT, that would be righteous.
but for realz though, what do you think he listens to in his free time?
ZOMG new little Dragon live on Letterman and I had no idea. I discovered this group before Bonnaroo 2012 and they instantly became one my favorites. They are the only group on the line up that would probably be in my top 10 all time, and there's no way I won't be on the rail for this show.
Sucks that they will probably get a lame time slot again. They have enough material at this point to have a pretty sick late night set. Also, they def. won't be Thursday. In 2012 they were Friday.

Japandroids played Thursday last year after previously playing Sunday. I'm hoping that they are Thursday because I think the odds I'll actually be able to see them this time would be better than stacking them up against a bunch of other top acts in the evening like last time.
