Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Was one of the lucky ones that was able to finish purchasing right before the site was shut down. What a freaking mess. Good luck to everyone who hasn't gotten theirs yet!
mine was similar, and i also you know, had ENOUGH EFFING TIME BETWEEN SCREENS to jot down how fast it was taking:
15:00 - greening 13:30 - extras 9:30 - shipping 7:30 - address entry 3:20 - city state picker (it took four minutes from HITTING the city/state button to seeing the actual city/state screen!!!) 1:20 - cc screen. 0:15 - confirmation screen.
HOLY WOW. Im embarrassed for musictoday and Roo. This is BUSH LEAGUE AUDREY!

so apparently there was enough people buying tickets that the site couldnt handle it. should i be worried that these might sell out very quickly?
Yes. I am now worried. Especially with what happened regarding Coachella. Music festivals, especially the major ones, are really becoming more popular than they used to be.
Unreal. Thank goodness for that whole LiveNation/Ticketbastard merger. It has truly made our lives easier.
This is an issue with Bonnaroo and their servers. It happens every year....this year it was just worse. I don't see why the merger has anything to do with this.
"serious technical problems experienced by our ticket provider" was my first clue.
But whatever; you go ahead and support corporate monopolies if you like, it's a free country.

urgh! I was in the shopping cart section when the shut-down hit. If I'd just clicked "continue" in time with my sweet little +1 p4 ticket I would have made it!
I wonder if they have plans to try again tomorrow? Announcement about their announcement tonight regarding what they intend to do about this clusterfuck.
PS I was only kidding GL, Abra, Scrog.....I can't not be nice. And yes I know thats a double negative. ;D

on the screen that asked for your address---I could never get the info in before getting timed out in 5 minutes. Never could get to final ckeck out & get my tix....Glad it wasn't just me---
I've never used StubHub before but how does one go about verifying that they actually have those tickets? Or can anyone just go on there, say they have 10 Bonnaroo tickets, and start selling them before they've even purchased them?

Grrrr. I wasn't even going to buy my ticket today due to some financial issues but I was finally just like, "Screw it, I'm going to be irresponsible and purchase this ticket anyway" and then the site goes down...back to the inner debate about whether or not I should purchase right now :/
It's all your fault. Fate was trying to stop you from making a mistake. Now YOU have f*cked us ALL!
Wasn't even gonna try today, but checked the site only to see the massive fail.
Fuckin' 11 years later and this is still an issue? To the point of being the worst fail yet? How does this happen? Anyway, not that concerned b/c I plan on buying a little later anyway.
Does anyone know how fast the RV passes sold out last year, by chance?

all stubhub purchases are insured by stubhub. i don't think anyone is prevented from saying they have 1000 tickets, but once the tickets are 'sold' stubhub will sue the fuck out of you for fraud.
