I emailed them yesterday raising hell about my $30 book I ordered that still has not shipped and is now $13 on amazon. For good measure I threw in a question about the ditch. Got my book moved up to the front of the queue too. This is what I got. Not much but it's something
"Your right Bonnie Roo is awesome, I'll have to take it up with my boss haha. As far as the ditch goes we improved the drainage in that area so water won't build up there like it used to so no mud pit! Thats as much as I know unfortunately since I haven't been on site yet to see the improvements. Hope this helps!"

I do have to admit, I love the shenanigans the ditch could sometimes bring. Here's a picture I took in 2009. The bigger fella on the left was prancing around the ditch threatening to do a belly flop. He was really making a big show of it and had built up quite the crowd but he kept stalling. Just as people were beginning to lose interest, this skinny guy comes running from out of nowhere and dives right in, totally stealing the bigger fella's thunder and becoming an instant hero.

Thanks for the Amazon tip. I never pulled the trigger after I saw they tacked on $12 for shipping & tax on the Bonnaroo website. Now I got it for half price and free 2-day shipping!

For some reason this thread made me so impatient to be back at the farm, i think imagining a scenario like this brings so much anxiety that its hard to get out of my head, and the fact that they "fixed" it is thrilling.
