As I said, I've been uneasy since last round and thought a Mafia member may be well hidden. That's why I wanted cstnz.
I wouldn't consider CST well hidden He's been under fire from early on. Even I've lined out pretty heavy evidence against him.
What I keep coming back to is the first couple pages of the thread. Some of the exchanges and vote switches between EAP and CST are in close proximity and just seem highly unlikely to be coordinated between two mafia members trying to distance themselves from each other.
He stacked a vote on her and the exchange you two had help build up the suspicion of EAP (page 4). Usually, a mafia member would do something like this for insurance later in the game. CST really hasn't brought much of this up in his defense which is weird.
But then you get pages into the first round and he changes tune. I've listed all the votes, so I know there is damning evidence against him.
I don't know just seems weird.
My vote stands. Lets get this round over with.

On the other hand, you have viking last round that while not being in position of being voted off that round, suddenly starts to try to convince others to vote for CSTNZ over CMP. Thats what I find suspicious. I mean, I get it, viking could just have a gut feeling about CSTNZ, but there's no way viking as a townie would know with 100% certainty whether CSTNZ is Mafia or not. In my experience the Mafia strategy towards the end of the game is to target one Townie, make blanket statements about their guilt, and then urge others to follow suit so they can blend in with the other voters.
He did the same thing last game with Phi. CST does have some bad evidence against him.
If there is a 5th round on voting based on the list I made before bacon got whacked.

Ducked away to get this out. I don't think cstnz is well hidden. The well hidden member will be either duddits or nic.
Also, aside from round 1 last game and my thing with phi I have gotten a bit better at this game.

Ohhh, I read you wrong. Didn't realize your were refering to your thoughts from last round. I get what you are saying.
I'd say Nic over Duddits if their is a 5th round but based on what Duddits has said and the little of what Nic has said.

Vote me off and you will lose. Duddits is guilty if we don't win it was clear him and eap were in it together atleast that is what it looked like to me.

Really?! Other than changing my vote from her in the first round, how exactly is it clear that EAP and I have been working together? EAP DIED in the first round, Its hard to work with someone, or be "in it together" when they are dead after Day 1. I think I switched to Viking off of EAP, and provided sound and rational logic as to why I did so.
Cmon man. You're graspin' at straws here, and you keep saying I'm guilty!!!
Viking's long post about being ready to die sounds more like Mafia than EAP fighting to stay alive. As soon as the votes started to shift towards Viking he seemed to lessen his fight in the runoff to stay alive. His defense is that he has provided nothing but facts, however a Mafia can do just the same.
Also the more I think about it, EAP isn't throwing names around, which is normally something Mafia would do in a subtle manner to take the spotlight off of them and attempt to place it on someone else. Mafia tend to want to point the finger elsewhere, whereas a Townie will want to defend themself against being or doing something suspicious and plea their honesty as being a Townie.
So in essence I read EAP doing nothing but defend herself in the runoff while not trying to put pressure on any one other player (townie trend) and viking first pointing to several different possible Mafia and then in essence laying down on his own sword when the votes sway towards him.
The one game where I was Mafia and was in the runoff I did the same thing. I was ready to go out so as to protect the other two Mafia.
And Nic, I know you know this, but I hold no grudges in this game. Please don't feel like I take any accusations personally, and vice versa please don't feel like I have any ill will towards you when I post a rebuttal to said accusations. I heart you all.
Wow I effin SUCKED this game. Even through this past round I still thought CSTNZ was innocent. Well played CSTNZ!
Viking - You are amazeballs, seriously, I fear the game you get the role of Mafia. Way to be a Mafia-hunter this game though. AND, AND you didn't die. So now I don't have to fear the stench of a 100+degree Olde English 800 shower at Roo.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

great job Phi. yes, yes, yes, you did get the worst first time ref game eva!! I was SOOOO glad you took this one.
Great job townies!!!
If i had to vote for mvp... I am soooo sorry eap.. But the best moment in the game was when phi said buzz off. Its like sfa and viking... ya'll are so fierce and competetive. I would never have the cohones to tell eap to buzz off. NEVER! If sfa and viking are ever mafia together, or eap and phi get it and are mafia together again, god help the townies!
Also, can we consider the mafia being dead when they die rule? I think that is bogus that they can talk but dead townies cant.
It can be very hard being Mafia without pooling of resources. Like I said earlier in the thread, it's usually just one or two members doing most of the work anyway. Sometimes a member being busy and/or negligent makes the game really really hard for the active players.
Plus, the townies have the numbers and an inspector. I think it works itself out alright.
By the way I was joking about the VIP thing if you can't tell. Like I tried to explain to EAP voting for her was nearly completely random. What I didn't tell her was the reason I picked her was that little change vote three times thing she did in the beginning. I do think the be as loud as possible and try to control the game thing worked. Obviously it was luck that I hit a mafia but the theory held up that it was better to have me decide the kill than have someone who i wasn't 100% sure was innocent.
Day 2 I do deserve some credit for thinking like the mafia and figuring out exactly why they killed Sarah. I'm assuming they figured it would be considered a retaliatory kill on EAP and people wouldn't read any further than that. Once RDK declared it was pretty obvious to me I was right about CST.
Props to SFA and RDK on the Roonectar kill I was definitely wrong about him.

Fair enough. I guess it just seemed off, but I didnt realize people dont pay attention.
