I agree, it makes no sense. But, the thing is, no matter what WVL is I can't figure how it makes any sense.

But still. He may also be trying to set Bacon up.

Either way we go, we get a Mafia off this round, they will have to kill him I imagine.

If they keep him around, then he will likely reference our last game together, and how Mafia kept me around after I admitted to being Inspector, and I turned out to truly be the Inspector.

That's one of the things I was bringing up earlier in the game. He has been trying to discredit the two of us early on now he as hinting at us being mafia with him.

That's one reason I don't belive him at all.

Well, viking saying that I would try to pull fake Inspector is because he thought that when I changed my vote to him so randomly that I was the real Inspector and that I had his name. I also made some other associations when that happened, so go back and read some of that guys because they clearly thought that I was the real Inspector to begin with for some reason.

Vikings "facts" vs my "hunches" ahahahahahah. Nice.

I'm starting to think we shouldn't do this. I just don't buy into this at all. I don't see any way he could be inspector. Like you said, he would be the worst player in mafia history if he were inspector. LIKE BEYOND BAD.

I think the mafia was hoping to get him through the runoff and then whack who they now think is the inspector. That gives him another round to cause all sorts of problems and muck up things even worse. That's two townies down in round one.

Second round, Viking tries to play it off like what happened to LLL two games back. He would probably go after you or me and spread doudt on an unknown third. Then mafia would give weight to what he is saying and whack him then.

Third round, people finally belive him and vote off you or me, I would guess? Sense we are two of the people he has been targeting from early on. I'm the obvious one for sticking up for LLL, which I know you guys get annoyed by. But what I find funny is he also said Bacon had falling for her trap as well. when he clearly hasn't he has been all for putting her in a runoff.

Forth round, I think they thought they would have two mafia left and could figure out how to win it because of all the confusing, etc. Viking can misrepresent and spin things all he wants. He is clearly partly to blame for all the drama in this game and he has clearly taken to much part in continuing it to be the inspector. That should be crystal clear. He's also playing the victim card on a level I've never seen in this game. Selective memory to the extreme.

Edit: Took out something mean because I didn't want Viking to have more to cry about. But you can always cry because I edited the post. You know like a real inspector does. Point out people he has no clue about and point to them as being guilty based on some bullshit that proves nothing. That's how a real team player and even more so how an inspector plays the game.

This shinznit is crazy. Some of you guys made valid points that if LLL gets voted off we are almost guaranteed to be down one mafia one way or another. I think I need to stay with Viking though. I just really can't see an inspector acting like he has. Inspector's are always on the quieter side- trying to stay out of suspicion. If one of the two, and only one of the two, are mafia, I really feel like it has to be Viking.

If they do decide to keep him around (I mean we've already discredited him, they may decide to keep him and let us vote him of next round while he tries to create more shit), then we will be down 2 townies if I get voted off because they may then come after who they think is Inspector as the kill. If you don't believe Viking is telling the truth (I know it, but I also have the inside information of knowing my role as townie for sure, where as you have to choose who to believe), then it is probably better to not risk us being down 2 townies this early in the game.

I guess it comes down to deciding whether or not you believe him. Pretty far fetched story, pretty obvious attempt to set me up as a possible fake Inspector because he thought I had his name, hence my sudden change in vote to him, pretty obvious behavior that is contrary to the goal of Inspector, plus the odds alone. So those who have doubt about his story and are Townies would probably be best off NOT voting off me. Those who believe his story or who are Mafia will feel differently.

Those of you who are voting for Viking - why would he fake inspector in the first round? What benefit to the mafia would it be? I can understand the reasoning for it in second, third, etc rounds because the mafia typically need just need to buy themselves one more round if they are doing it. If he fakes in the first round, it is going to come out that he was faking with rounds left to play. The only way I see Viking faking is if he has at least one of SFA, LLL, maybe Bacon with him, i.e. a more experienced player that can twist their way through or simply talk their way out of it and get to the later rounds easily.

This has been the most ridiculous first round ever. Part of me believes Viking though. When you read all 15 pages of this round, slowly, and from an outside viewpoint, it seems as if LLL has twisted words around a bit more than Viking. I don't know though....

This whole inspector coming out in round 1 thing makes no sense. Viking, you're a smart guy and have done your homework, why would you do this? The only thing I can see that would point to you not being mafia is if emotion took over.

Either way, I don't believe either of you yet, and I'm just gonna hold steady on my vote and see what happens between rounds.
