Finally got the notification email over the weekend. Now just waiting on my ticket. Based on the original email it should arrive tomorrow or Wednesday... but I just checked the tracking info, and it says it's out for delivery. Hopefully it'll be in my box this afternoon.
This may have already been addressed, but its hard to go through forum posts on a phone. If your last payment plan payment was May 17th, when are wristbands suppose to be shipped? I have payment confirmations just no shipping stuff
They said they will ship in the order they were purchased. I would assume you will get yours closer to the end of may.
I ordered in march and have yet to get a shipping email.
When/where did they say this? I ordered my ticket in November and still no email.

Yeah we bought ours in February when they had the massive on sale date, and also when they had the huge ticket selling snafu. I remember last year now getting them THE WEEK BEFORE we were to leave. Talk about panic attack.
^^^^ I know I'm probably freaking out a little about nothing, but its hard not to. I'm especially worried because I have lost both the email confirmation for my ticket, and the print out.
Paul, the music today rep, assured me that my order will be shipped with in the next two days, and I should have my wristband by friday. So for those of you, yet to receive your shipping notice, hopefully this helps.
I'm still waiting to get the email I know its coming. I'm just anxious. I want my wristbands. UGH. But all of you who have helped calm the nerves of us newbies in this thread, Thank you. I know I appreciate it because there comes a time where you get the thought in your head "Did I put my address wrong?" "did I spell something wrong?" "did they get my order?" "Did they forget about me?!"

I've never worn a cloth wristband before. Will there be a "tail" and will it be annoying? Mine is already sealed in its envelope in my car and I refuse to touch it until I'm at the tollbooth, so I can't check out how to tighten it.

Yes, there's usually a "tail". You'll get used to it.
Nice to see they went with a hybrid of the old fabric wristbands and last year's initial RFID band. Personally, last year's didn't bother me, but I know a lot of people didn't like the feel of them.
Good move on Roo's part.
I bought our tickets on May 14th, so hopefully I get that email notification soon!!!!
I called music today and they assured me that i'll receive my ticket before the end of may. Even if it hasn't shipped just yet. I chose, usps and did a payment plan, plus one ticket bought in full. You have ten days to reassure me music today. Haha.

I understand panic attack....my order went through minutes before the crash, which is the reason I'm freaking.....but not a damn thing I can do about it now but wait.
Maybe enough calls and they will change how they do this.....as this is crap having to wait at the last minute, not knowing.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number the day they ship.

I'm not going to panic just yet as I will give it to the 30th but the I am beginning to feel the twinge of uncertainty trying to set in.

If you chose ups then you should receive the tracking this week. The first wave that went out was for the USPS shipping(in order purchased) this week will be UPS(in order purchased). So lets say you ordered in june 2011 and cose ups and a friend ordered in feb 2012 but ordered usps. Your friend would have recieved before you. I ordered UPS so I will be checking my inbox constantly tomorrow. Hope that helps
In 2010 they didn't start shipping tickets until May 25th, with the festival on June 10. This year they started shipping tickets much earlier, so tickets that get shipped this week are still on schedule. They know that we all have to travel to get down to the farm, so I can't imagine they would cut it too close.
I know its coming. I'm just anxious. I want my wristbands. UGH.
