It's pretty apparent that the people that paid more for UPS are getting slightly screwed. "Thanks for your money. Enjoy getting your tickets after everyone else."

I finally called. The person I talked to was incredibly patient and friendly but kinda didnt tell me anything. He was able to look me up by purchase number which relived me a bit, but told me that my ticket looked like it would either ship today, or sometime next week. Is it just me, or is that not really an answer? Either way, he mentioned something about the bracelet manufacturer being late on their shipment, and the domino effect, so on and so forth.

It sort of is an answer. If they don't get it out today, then it would be next week. I would say Tuesday or later due to Memorial Day.

Alright I called them and spoke to someone named Christina. She sounded exasperated.
I called on behalf of Manders, and I wanted her to assure me that he would have his ticket by the 31st. She said that is the "guarantee". I asked what he should do if he doesn't have it before he leaves for the states (which is June 4). She said that he should call them and they will leave tickets for him at Will Call (and they'll void the ones that are in-transit).
No email confirmation, no tix. I'm definitely getting a little antsy since I bought 4 GA and 1 RV pass. I have sold 2 of the GA's locally and the RV pass online. I wish I had them now so that I can get these in people's hands and get reimbursed for my sale. Time is winding down !!!
You do know this is why they ship tickets as late as they can, right?

I had originally intended to use all 4 tix but my wife and daughter bailed on me. At that point we decided we didn't need to rent an RV for $1,500 so I sold the RV pass for $65 less than what I paid for it and the 2 spare tix at face value. Wasn't trying to scalp !

Finally got the email at 1:01am this morning... Processed through USPS Sort Facility in SANDSTON, VA 23150.... May 24, 2012, 10:14 pm.... NOW BRING ME MY TICKETS !!!
Got the email!!! I ordered with the payment plan in march, with USPS. My ticket is all the way in Virginia, but im just happy to have gotten the email.
