Got my email at 2:11am, I forgot i had chosen UPS, We ordered four tickets on FEB 25th. Although when i go to track it, UPS claims they havnt gotten the package to there facility but as soon as they do they will update to status.
my boyfriend ordered our tickets so the e-mail will be sent to him..... I think i may be causing damage to my realtionship because I keep bugging him to check his e-mail to see if the email has been sent yet.... I blame you Bonnaroo! SEND ME MY TICKET! =) peace and love
I received my email Monday and its now Saturday and i haven't received my ticket yet. My tracking number says that its still in Virginia and hasn't left yet. why is that?

I agree with Bdog4Roo above. This issue with the the tickets is a bunch of bull. This is THE ABSOLUTE LAST issue that should be taking place. My father and sister were going to take me to visit some friends in Missouri, for my birthday, before we all headed down to Wakarusa in Arkansas. One of my friends who I was meeting with was planning on spending at least two days bicycling to the Waka site together. I live in Central Kansas. We can't leave for Waka until we have our Bonnaroo tickets. Looks like my birthday plans are most likely going to be shot to kingdom come. I'm not sure if I'm more irate or depressed right now. I think I need a miracle. Sorry to vent.

^cdevaney: Soonest we would be able to pick them up at Will Call is on Wed, June 6 at 5. We have friends that we were planning on camping with. Getting them switched to Will Call will probably botch that from happening, unless they can follow us to the high school and wait for us there while we get our tickets from Will Call. Which I don't see as being very feasible with the volume of traffic and everything.

No problem....just got my email last night....sitting at the facility, it will not move until probably Tuesday...expected delivery is late next Wednesday....I have been thinking about Waka and next year I have an extra week of vacation....maybe both. Now, not sure if I can depend upon roo's ticketing.
Maybe better to plan 'on call' from the start....or...
Sounds like you have a cool plan....call 'em and tell them to hold yours, just plan on taking a little longer checking in...and

At five (5 PM?)...that's bunk. I received my email last night, but prior I had changed my plans to get into Manchester at noon, so I could pick up the wristband in plenty time to organize my 'raid' (my thoughts of getting into the festival..grin).
At the very minimum, they should have that available starting at noon because of the ticketing and delivery problems. I think I'm going to go and send them an email suggesting exactly that...
I am just pissed I called they told me they were mailing mine yesterday. Obviously they lied because I didn't get an email.
Nah, I think there has been an issue with UPS and even USPS sending the emails directly to us. For instance, usually when one makes an order, first confirmation email goes to you but in this case confirmation is probably first through Bonnaroo. Can you imagine the nightmare of hundred of thousands of first confirmations being redirected to individual emails - so they just made sure you got the 2nd shipping confirm instead. Literally there was one day in between receiving the email and getting the package in the mail - so be patient folks - but get mad if you don't hear anything by Tuesday morning. Like making phone calls mad.
Still no email for myself yet either. I ordered mine on Feb 25th with no payment plan. The thing that upsets me is I paid extra for UPS assuming that would get me my ticket quicker. Well, as we've seen, that's not the case. Why would you even offer a more expensive expedited service if you plan on saving those orders to the very end?
When I ordered, my address was in flux so I had the tickets sent to my parent's place. Wasn't planning on stopping by there right before I leave for 'roo, but now that's not really an option. My work schedule is kind of crazy, so it just throws a kink into everything. In the grand scheme of things, it's not a huge deal, I'm still going to Bonnaroo. It's just more annoying then anything really.

Tuesday is too late for me. We were supposed to leave for Missouri two days ago to meet up with people before another festival. Music Today is. . . of course closed today. Already tried their number. Might as well just go on and leave for Waka, call Music Today on Tuesday to have mailed tickets voided to pickup at Will Call and try to salvage what I can of my birthday plans. I hate saying it but I can see as to how things such as this with the tickets could lead to gate-crashing. I hope not, but I could see it. THAT CANNOT HAPPEN. IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. This is something the event promoters and handlers should realize. This has been and absolute amateur mistake for a rather (up until now?) high caliber event. When I call Music Today on Tuesday, it will be with a bit of fire in my belly.

Don't delay your plans - call them Monday morning and switch to Will Call seems like the smartest decision for you individually.
And yes amateur is what's up, did you see the website this year ::SHOTS::
edit: F--- UPS, 2007 they totally lost my dude's ticket and bonnaroo couldn't help em out because it was signed away (which is why I'm cool with registration - makes sense). He hasn't been able to go or wanted to since. still pisses me off

Oh no! I'd be pissed too! I hope you get it straightened out!
I FINALLY got my email this morning! Says it should be here Wednesday. I don't like this waiting until the last minute nonsense! It's making me nervous!

I would not worry so much if a few others trip didn't depend on me since I am the one who ordered RV Pass and such and I don't want to hassle with will call.

To add a bit of positivity to the thread:
My wrist band came today, along with numerous items that I ordered off of the internet for bonnaroo. My ez up, battery powered fans, coolers, reflective tarps, lantern, chairs, etc.
