I called this morning. Becky was incredibly helpful and informative. She told me my email will be sent at 2am and my ticket will be shipping today. And she gave me my currently inactive tracking number. So I should be receiving mine by Friday because Im a 3 day point, cutting a little close. Too close for comfort. Either way, Ill be at Bonnaroo. If youre still looking for a little hope, give them a call.
1.Call this number-Musictoday at 1-800-594-TIXX (8499) 2. Hold while listening to Dave Matthews over and over again. 3. Get poor unsuspecting Musictoday worker on the line. 4. Demand to know where your &$%#@^ ticket is. 5. Get a tracking number. 6. Go to tracking number and link it to an email so you get regular updates every time your ticket moves. 7. Dance like a fool. !!!!

How frustrating. I am driving from NH and have to leave by Tuesday. We bought VIP tickets this year and chose the UPS shipping option.
I called MusicToday and they gave me the usual about the tickets being here by this Friday.
Still no e-mail, nothing. They said that I could pick them up at Will Call (which I don't want to do). Sounds like there will be thousands of people there to also pick up their tickets.
I think we should be reimbursed shipping charges at least. =P

Called Music Today this morning and tickets changed to Will Call. Sucks that this has happened. Glad I'm still able to leave tomorrow and salvage what is left of my Wakarusa plans. Now to start re-working Bonnaroo meet-up details.
You guys can call Music Today Tuesday if you want but it won't do any good. They will tell you anything just to string you along for a couple more days. Been through it. I emailed them today and told them if I didn't have my wristbands in my possession by the end of the week I would report it as credit card fraud. Guess this is what it's come to. I'll never look at Bonnaroo the same again.
Daveyboy, I strongly advise against this... First off, nobody takes kindly to threats... and if I was on that side of the customer service side and had a customer threatening to report fraud on us I would not feel very quick to help them. Nobody likes being bullied around into doing anything.
Secondly let me tell you what WILL happen if you follow through, in this example, let's just assume you paid Visa: 1. Visa will temporarily authorize you a credit while they investigate the fraud. 2. Chances are Bonnaroo will ship the ticket to you, because by the time the dispute reached their side of things all tickets already had gone off. 3. You are going to rejoice in your wristbands and enjoy the festival. 4. Visa will contact Bonnaroo about the fraud investigation. 5. "Ummm looks like he got his ticket, registered it, and enjoyed the festival." 6. Visa will take back it's money it refunded you originally, and now you are labeled for the rest of your days to future creditors as somebody who fraudulently reports fraudulent information.
When did consumerism in America somehow translate to "I'm shake my first, whine, and finger point until I get what I want!!". What happened to honest retailers and honest consumers. You know honestly musictoday isn't trying to fraud anybody on here, we just blow things out of proportion because we are anxious and worried and excited.
The golden rule applies everywhere, even if in a Retailer<-->Customer relationship. Don't threaten retailers, musictoday definitely values you and wants you to have your Bonnaroo tickets as much as you do (so you can go, have a great time, and then buy another ticket next year).... so before you go calling Visa customer service or e-mailing musictoday a threat, remember that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
6. Visa will take back it's money it refunded you originally, and now you are labeled for the rest of your days to future creditors as somebody who fraudulently reports fraudulent information.

I haven't called them yet. Waiting on my post office to call me back with some lame excuse and apology and no fix.

They just posted on Facebook that the cut-off for the VIP upgrade contest is tonight at 9 EST...even though thousands of people haven't received their wristbands yet. Not being received very warmly in the "Comments" section...

I saw that too. They actually just posted saying that there will be more chances to win. Not that I think that will do much to temper the fire of those who do not have their wristbands.

I had to get my wristband reissued. They wanted me to pay for shipping again too. They were great on the phone. Unlike my post office who automatically was trying to point fingers at everyone else.
My roommate's wristband, according to the tracking number, has been most recently labeled as "Missent."
Do we need to contact Music Today for this? ^I see above they may be able to overnight another one and disable the missent one? Honestly, I don't even know what "missent" means, and I've never had that happen with a package before. I'm not sure if it has stopped at the post office or if it was actually delivered to a wrong address.

Here are a couple of emails I got today from Clean Vibes, who I am volunteering with and got my wristband from: ============================================= Post Show Volunteer Wristbands are on the way! Inbox x
Clean Vibes, LLC 8:29 AM (13 hours ago)
to Clean Hello Post Show Volunteers!
All of the wristbands were shipped over the weekend. If you do not receive your wristband this week, please email us at info@cleanvibes.com so we can check on the delivery.
If you have paid for FedEx delivery/pick up, we will be shipping those packages in a few days so they arrive at the location closer to the event start date.
Thanks and keep an out out for a USPS Priority mailer - and tell your housemates/family to watch out for it as well! Be sure to read all of the information in the envelope and don't lose your wristband!
Safe travels, we can't wait to see you! ============================================= Clean Vibes, LLC 8:04 PM (1 hour ago)
to Clean Hello Post Show Volunteers!
We have gotten feedback that some of you are having issues registering your wristbands and that you are getting a "Ticket Not Found" message.
We didn't know how to fix this so we asked the kind folks over at AC Entertainment - they responded that any issues with registering tickets should be directed to Intellitix customer service info on the registration page that came with your wristband.
Sorry we do not have an exact answer, and we hate not being able to help you directly, but please contact customer service with wristband registration issues.
If you need anything further from us, please let us know.
Sincerely,
Clean Vibes LLC ========================================== So I wonder if the registration issue will apply to all wristbands or only volunteers. Also, I think it's extremely funny that those who paid for FEDEX shipping will be getting their tickets later than everybody else for their money (for Clean Vibes volunteers) and it looks like I got mine practically overnite, for free.
