I'm with Jay on this one. I think I crushed on all of the ladies of Inforoo. The free hugs girl on the road in front of This Tent during Joy Formidable was nice also.

Turns out I got a text from a friend that this girl I've had a thing for a really long time (since high school,) was going to be at the cancelled Radiohead show and that I should meet up with her. She goes to school in Canada and I haven't seen her in awhile.
Basically I like everything about this girl and kind of turn to goo around her in probably the most hilarious ways that I overanalyze for forever.
I'm going to go bury my head in some sort of ditch for a bit.
i think it's safe to say now. that i have a massive crush on one particular inforooster. we spent some time together at Roo. And I love that I can see his face everytime I log on to IR. Such a sweet thang.

So, (and I mean this with the best of intentions by the way) if you are going to embarrass yourself anyway why not do it by hitting on her and seeing if you get laid? I mean at least that plan has a positive as well as a negative outcome......

I developed a crush on a campmate of mine. I dunno if it is called a crush since she is completely aware of it. We have texted and talked on the phone since we got home and all I wanna do is see her again. She lives a couple hours away, but I have 4 jobs so free time is rarely in my cards. Sigh.

This. In my experience if you have felt a vibe for a girl that you've known a long time then she is probably feeling the same way about you. Chicks have a way of letting you know when that vibe will not be reciprocated pretty quickly.

She might already know, but it was a long time ago. It's probably assumed I would have gotten over it by now but nope.
NoD it doesn't have to be 5 years worth. In the middle of nice conversation reminiscing about high school once you've got her smiling or laughing just mention something along the lines of "You know it's funny, back in high school I had a huge thing/crush/whatever ..." whatever fits your lingo. You'll get a chance to gauge her reaction and either put it behind you if she seems taken aback, or take it further if she doesn't. That way it's not 5 full years of it and it doesn't seem like you've put all your eggs in one basket (not that you have).
