Mac and cheese with pulled pork from "The Ideal Bite" near the which stage... so yummy! Short rib sliders from Gastropod food truck. Chicken Curry samosas from Samosaman.
The Thurman Murman at Roti Rolls in the food truck oasis.
Fried indian bread filled with creole mac 'n cheese, pulled pork, and kimchi. I topped mine with sriracha. I had 4 of them.
This was one of the greatest things i've ever eaten.
Oh, and did anyone else notice the $1 Garlic Grilled Cheese had a 100% price hike this year! It's all good though, these trying times and what-have-you, I suppose. I still bought a few!

I had to decline the 2 dollar grilled cheese due to the fact that my pay did not double this year.
The doughnuts were so good we tried to order a dozen to take home with us. They declined our request because the fryers couldn't keep up so we just got one each to eat on our way out of Centeroo on Sunday. I gotta learn how to make my own doughnuts!
I did bring home two samosas to eat today though. I wish I could have brought a little of everything—a crepe, some Prater's sandwiches, an entire Spicy Pie...oh man I am seriously going to dream about the food for the entire year until June 2013.
Johnny mcguires was set up by my tent in pod 1. They had the best sammiches and burritos I think I ate everything on the menu over the course of the weekend, phenomenal.

Samosas and iamayamadillas are always favorites, but the Amish donuts and pretzels and the crif dogs were lovely new additions to the smorgasbord that is Roo.
I had chorizo egg and cheese burritos every morning... at my tent. no one to share them with either. I came home with an extra dozen eggs.
I love chorizo!! Pod 1 didn't have anything that interesting so I ended up eating Cliff bars, jerky and trail mix the last two days. Saved money for beer at least
The only thing I ate away from camp was an Arepa and the Brunch food. I was literally across the street from the entrance. About 50 feet from the clock tower. It was so easy to stop back at camp for a refill.
Samosas! They were both my favorite and least favorite meals. I got them 3 times, and once I decided to deviate from my tried and true flavors and didn't like the steak and cheese.
I loved the Iamayamadillas...the pesto mozzadillas I had been dreaming about were good but not as good. Far less pesto and the spinach was less cooked.
Amish donuts and pretzels!
Spicy Pie's happy waitress pizza.
My sister and I almost always got something different and split it that way we could try more.
We ate at a local burger joint called Jiffy Burger and they had a Bonnaroo burger that was a permanent menu item. I've always wanted to try a burger with an egg on it so it seemed like the perfect time. In addition to the egg it had a gigantic onion ring, and some other stuff I can't remember. It was really good and I could barely open my mouth wide enough.

The Ideal Bite! Pulled Pork
Also, I don't know if it was just the copious amounts of beer, but I was on another planet eating the Giant Cajun Chicken Wrap. Oh my WORD it was flippin GOOD and HUGE
I tried to get the Morning Crif Dog but after waiting in the long line to place my order, i realized that the 30 people to my left were all waiting on their food so I walked away.
Never tried the donuts But I heard great things.
Had my first Samosa and Praters this year.
The Samosa was good. Praters however was bunk. The sweet tea was amazing though. But my sandwich had been sitting in a foil pan for an obvious long time cause the BBQ was cold. Def dissapointed.
I pretty much lived off of popsiclesarah's amazing camp breakfast's, Petro's, and lemonaide all weekend.

I realized Saturday morning that there were TWO Crif Dog stands within spitting distance of each other. One was packed and there was nobody in line for the other.
