OMG. I cant even BEGIN to explain the pain me and abra were going through when Skrillex went on! I knew it was going to be bad cause it hurt from that spot while watching Childish Gambino. You literally almost had to time your breathing cause if you tried to take a deep breath while the bass was hitting it would take your breath away. And lighting a cigarette was near impossible haha.
Eventually I asked a security person for a pair of earplugs and he gave me one. Me and abra each put one in our right ears and it made all the difference.
I had NEVER experienced something so loud. My nose vibrated! We only stuck around for about 30 minutes. I just couldn't take it. Next year I must pack ear plugs in my camelbak!
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.
