We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
I am not Mafia with anyone. I voted for EAP over Bacon because the argument is strong and my assumption has to be that KDogg was Mafia. I really don't see Viking as Mafia but I could be wrong. If neither of them was Mafia we're essentially f*cked.
The smoke filled room deal that SFA and KDogg were discussing made me lean towards one of them being Mafia. It could still be SFA bc as I said before he's really good at helpfully explaining things to you as he is pushing you off a cliff.
My worst case scenario would be a Bacon/SFA Mafia pairing. I think if that's the case I might as well jump off the cliff.
Sorry to double-post but I also meant to say that me thinking Viking was not Mafia also leads me to believe that LLL is not Mafia. The Mafia have a way of making sure that only Townies end up in the first day runoff.

This is wear my suspicion on Viking faulters a little. Because, truth be told, Mafia have a lot of power to sway things even though we outnumber them.
However, if enough townies were fed up with/suspicious of Viking, then this push may have caused a change in the tides

A couple things to point out. Bacon's talk of mafia stacking struck me odd because if you look at the middle of page 4 He stacks right after Kdogg making it 6-3 against Viking. Remember this is after Viking's rant to it's not that hard to think that mafia members saw an easy first round vote off.
And remember my longer posts from the other day showing how sevearl players manipulated the outcome of the 1st runoff. One is now dead. That leaves Quacker, EAP and Bacon.
I guess one could argue that MC might have been whacked for his early vote against Viking that lead to Viking landing inthe second runoff. BUT if so, why did the mafia wait around to whack him? I would say it's pretty clear the mafia picked MC because of something he did in the second round.
Now look at the final votes. People have been saying they are voting for LLL because of the NBF whack. Look at the NBK votes. If LLL was mafia and the mafia thought an LLL voter had her name then why did they choose NBF??? Who would be the most obvious choice?
Edit: there at the end is suppose to say "look at the LLL votes."

I think with the first round votes you have to discount the LLL votes. I know my vote wasn't really anti-LLL and I think you and MikeD are in the same boat. As a matter of fact the first round really isn't useful at all. I think we need to theorize off of the second round to make any sense of it.

There is no doudt many of the votes this round weren't necessarally against anyone. But first round votes are useful, especially if a mafia member was in the original runoff.
The reason the LLL votes are useful is you can look at them and think why so and so was whacked. If NBF was whacked then the mafia probably thought she had the name of a Viking voter.
I'm putting the second round togeather right now. That one was just a pain in the but because of the switches, etc.
Never mind. I got it. I was looking for who NBF ended up with. Another LLL vote that I will discount. All she did was go from EAP to LLL. And she didn't post much.
I did didn't I? The votes at the beginning of the second are the same as the end of the first.
Yes, I figured it out. I just wanted to follow NBF to see what may have sparked the whack.
If you look at her posts she mentions being fine having EAP being int he runoff.
But she also hints around that she thinks the runoff might should be switched around. She also mentions the reason people are voting for Viking as a faulty one. The mafia could have read that as her trying to give clues. Hence why I think it's likly the mafia felt she was voting against a name she had.
I know what you mean and that's why I was looking. NBF is a real experienced player and I don't think she would be so blatant if she was inspector and had EAP's name. That's one of the reasons I stayed off of EAP earlier. I was Mafia with NBF my second game and she's really good at this game. I don't think she would have tipped her hand by voting for a given name.

That's absolutly true about NBF. But remember, the mafia can be right for the wrong reasons. I was mafia last game and we came close to whacking Noage in the first round when he was inspector because we thought he had Viking's name. He actually had mine.
I'm just given that as an example. When I bring up the mafia thinking something I'm not necessarly saying the person they whacked was inspector and had so and so's name.

I'm not saying she wasn't inspector and that's why I've been looking for clues into why she was whacked. I just don't see anything in an EAP vote and an LLL vote to show anything. If the Mafia got lucky and killed her and she was inspector it seems like sh*t luck to me and I can't fathom anything out of it. What do you think really happened? Pointing out shit luck doesn't really help.

Well, with two atypical rounds behind us their really isn't anything solid to go off of. I'm trying to peice togeather what I can.
I've said what I think happened. NBF was likely whacked for voting against the Viking voters and/or her hints that she wasn't happy with the way the runoff was shapeing up. That's what makes the most sense.
Votes when Fawn closed the round. Kdogg - 5 Bacon - 3 LLL - 1
KDogg >>SFA >>> LLL >> KDoggVoted out/left game SFA >>> KDogg >>> MC >>> KDogg LLL >>> SKF >>> Kdogg Quacker >> KDogg Nic >> Kdogg
EAP >> Bacon MC >> BaconWhacked Night two Mike D >> EAP >>> Bacon
Bacon >>EAP >>> LLL
It's really hard to tell what would have happened if Kdogg didn't have to leave the game but it looks like his fate was sealed.
I tend to think he was quilty, so I don't really see the votes agaist him as stacking.
One thing of note is Mike has yet again voted for EAP. Which kind of makes NBF's vote.
My head hurts after looking at this. I still can't see who Viking would be working with if he was mafia. Maybe Mike, Quacker or me would make sense but like I said earlier I know I'm not mafia. And honestly don't think the townies could just spirit a mafia member into the first runoff. We are rarely that lucky in the first round. The mafia usually have to let something slip for that to happen.
i basically can have no theories unless i believe one of the people who was voted off was mafia. i think viking was. we all know i have a history of flipping out when cornered as mafia and his rant really reminded me of that.
if i look at the vote history SFA posted (thanks dude), then here's what i come to......
probably mafia: viking mike d
maybe mafia: bacon quacker nic kdogg
probably townies: SFA LLL
def townies: MC NBF
looking back at everything and seeing how quickly mike D jumped onto the let's vote EAP train, that combined with the fact viking voted for like 4 people and called out others, but never really mike d.
so for now.....unless someone can give me a better argument.
