From you confusing purpose and proposed, we learned shower curtain rings make niffty tarp connectors and that going in the wrong hole, during Doggie style, can turn a woman into a Dolphin, which I think totally supports the mermaid theory.

I believe that the person who was going to PROPOSE was jhayes, and his roomie ruined it for him way before Roo - so he PROPOSED at the Flaming Lips show in ATL on the side of the stage during Do You Realize, and his darling lady said, Yes

He was evidently secretly getting tripped out on cough medicine until the point that he suffered a complete dissociative breakdown. After much destruction of home and property and the shaving of all his hair (even eyebrows) we called his family and sought help. He had overheard me talking to my folks about my plans and texted my fiance to have a horrid life and that I'd be proposing at Roo as a final goodbye to her. Quacked up situation, but with some quick thinking and much love from Wayne Coyne and The Flaming Lips, it still worked out more beautifully than I could have imagined.
That being said, I think the OP is referring to another rooster who was wanting to do it during Bloom, which was not me lol.
I've changed addresses and phone numbers since the aforementioned situation to cut contact due to threats, but deep down he's a really good guy who just needs help. Sorry for the massive post, just thought I'd clear the air.
Edit: Ironically Whoreshack, eight years ago back in high school before Maggie and I started dating, the roomie was her last boyfriend lol

On a brighter note, here's a crowd video of my proposal at the Flips show (figured this thread deserves a proposal rather than a "porpoisal"). I have one my buddy took on stage and another that Jade (tacobandit) took from the crowd, but there at my PC at home.
This was right after Phantogram came out and did Brain Damage and Eclipse from DSOTM with them.
