Belle and Sebastian always makes me giggle a little. A few years ago my sister spent and insane amount of money buying tickets for a show in Toronto. Then because she's kind of a dumb dumb she didn't check her email for a few weeks. Well they changed the date of the show and she missed it. I think she still hates herself for that.
Was it the Massey show in 2010? It was a fun show.

I really, really think you'll see Blur playing shows next year, but highly doubt it'll be at Bonnaroo. I'd predict Coachella (for the big, "reunion"/high profile show) and Lollapalooza.
I don't know, it sounds like Damon is being a d!ick, I'm not so sure we see them that soon.
That would be it for me right there. If those 2 played I wouldn't care if every other set was Unchained the Van Halen tribute. With Big Boi continuing solo work and Dre 3000 doing gillette commercials, I'd guess Daft Punk is more likely of a get than Outkast, but hey maybe Big Boi will make a return after his new album drops.
