CLEAN VIBES NOW HIRING FOR THE 2008 SEASON!
Clean Vibes, the event waste and recycling team, is now accepting applications for paid staff and volunteers for the 2008 season. For more information on available positions and to download an application, please visit www.cleanvibes.com
Now in it’s ninth year, Clean Vibes has earned its place as a staple within the festival community. Years before greening efforts became the norm at festivals, Clean Vibes had formed a team of dedicated music lovers who were committed to reducing the impact of outdoor festivals on the environment. At the core of Clean Vibes’ efforts is a focus on educating and engaging festival attendees in the clean up process.
Focused on action, Clean Vibes always walks the walk when it comes to greening. At the 2007 Bonnaroo Music Festival, Clean Vibes diverted over 60% of the waste produced by the event from the local landfill. Through their involvement in festivals including Langerado, High Sierra, Allgood, Gathering of the Vibes, Power to the Peaceful, Treasure Island, and the Echo Project, Clean Vibes diverted over 850,000 pounds of waste from landfills across the United States in 2007.
2008 is looking to be the busiest season to date for Clean Vibes. Anyone interested in helping to spread the Clean Vibe this year can go to www.cleanvibes.com to find out how to join the crew. Applications for paid staff positions must be submitted no later than March 31st.

I worked last year and it was great. Cool folks, the work isn't too difficult and you get to party the last night 9or every night if you please). Its a good time and well worth it. Also, its great to leave Bonnaroo with 250 bucks.

Hey Everyone! I hope you all decide to apply for Clean Vibes! During the festival you may camp wherever you want, but during clean-up we ask that all the volunteers move to a designated and secure camping area so everyone is together.
