No, the ticket is huge (like 5 times the size of a normal ticket, with a special design and all). They tear off a small portion at the bottom, but the bulk of the ticket is yours to keep.

That's what I do! Although I do not have mine from the first year I went (I'm pretty sure it was pilfered by my friend who lost his), I have kept the others. Its cool because every year the design is completely different from the year before. And this isn't your mother's old perforated piece of paper ticket stub, it is a heavy duty piece of art.

For Christmas 2007 I got posters from the two 'roos I attended. I plan to mount them in a frame with the tickets from each one attached as well. I think that would be a cool thing to have in my office.
my bf got me the ferris wheel poster from last year and had it matted and framed for me - Im gonna open it up and lay the ticket and my wristband in there somewhere too. So far, it looks great on my apartment wall.

The front protective plastic covering on my 2007 ticket peeled off. so now I have this bubble on it. I think the heat got to it or something. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I left my ticket on the dashboard of my car for a while and the same things happened to me.

My ticket is proudly perched atop my huge pile of tickets still. I save tickets from everything so I have a pile of hundreds and hundreds of tickets from hockey games, plus a few movies and concerts. I used to just add each new one to the top, but the Roo ticket now remains on top and I just slide new ones underneath it! I want to do something fun with it...maybe I should get a poster and frame it with it like mayonaise was planning on. My sticker from last year is still waiting too - it's literally like a foot away from me right now! I can't decide where to put it; I'm not sure I want to put it on my car or my laptop because then what happens when I eventually get a new car/computer?

I have all my tickets in a 4 x 5 frame hanging on the wall by the stereo. It's cool to stand there and look over the old shows.
thats actually a really good idea. i was never a collector but when i started going to shows/festivals really heavily i saved all my stubs/guides etc and have em all just sitting in a cardboard box in my closet.
so i've been thinking i should arrange them somehow in a more visible display and was considering just getting a pegboard to put em on, but i like the idea of having them framed better. i have a ton of stuff too, maybe i'll do different frames for each year.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
I have my concert tix in a frame and I make sure the frame in removable so I can add annually. (I'm needing a new frame soon.) I just laid them in randomly in all sorts of directions. It looks like concert confetti.

You know how you get an idea for something as simple as having your festival or concert tshirt mounted with the ticket stub underneath it and framed all nice and purdy, yeah well I've been wanting to have all mine framed since '04. God I'm such a procrastinator!!
I've got the ticket from nearly every concert I've been too. Keep them all in a ticket album that is advertised in the back of Rolling Stone. The only thing is the slots are not big enough for Roo tickets so I have had to resort to scrap booking to make pages for any tickets much larger than the standard ticketbastard size.
