Some scary Philip K. Dick alternate history, although in light of certain politicians' views on those fleeing religious extremism and their ability to become a refugee in the United States I think we should be cognizant of history.
It was alright. A good suspenseful late night watch. Joel Edgerton wrote and made his directorial debut as well as playing a lead role in it. I enjoyed Rebecca Hall's performance and will keep an eye out for her in the future.
Now onto this...
Can't believe there is a quote from a Consequence of Sound writer on the poster.
Only on the second episode, but I'm really liking it so far. The Alias series was one of my favorite comic books back in early high school so I've been looking forward to this almost as much as Daredevil. Don't think I'll be tearing through this one as quickly as I did with Daredevil, but I'm absolutely loving the way they're handling the Luke Cage character in this so far. I noticed that the Patsy Walker character is filling the role that Carol Danvers (Ms. Marvel, now Captain Marvel) played in the series, which is slightly disappointing, but I hope that's because they have bigger plans for Danvers in the films.
