Cleveland International Film Festival After Hours Shorts 2. I love that they do home streaming the week after the live fest wraps up. So nice to access more than just films that occurred on days you can go. Not sure which film next.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Bite Size Halloween’s “Sleep Study” was really good too. Must see for anyone dealing with parasomnia, namely sleep paralysis or RBD. Especially if you are like me and have awakened while unknowingly slapping people or grabbing things or jumping out of bed in the middle of sleep. Just happened to me Sunday night. Crazy shit. Love how she had dream catchers all over every bedroom. I have one above my bed and one above the sofa where I fall asleep.

Martyrs (the original) was the most brutal film that was not about the Holocaust and/or War that I have ever seen that choked me up (scene towards the end with the piano)
The Volcano documentary on Netflix is a brilliant film about Gratitude and how Precious Life is

Never watched Call Me By Your Name. Never going to. As I tell people, "Imagine if they made a modern movie about a 24 y/o man putting moves on a 17 y/o girl..."

Couldn’t get the subtitles synched right so I’m watching the English dub. John Woo with the most annoying voice actors to ever exist. Any random anime sounds more serious.
