Yeah Jess I was thinking about a meal a day. Thursday might be a mess with everyone coming in, but that is open. Cliff talked about some grilled meats and that is what got me thinking about a menu. Thursday or even Wednesday might be grilled meats day/night. Friday is a Unbirthday/Tea party at Noon, maybe something easy like burgers and dogs and or sandwiches, with a big salad, and fresh fruit. All of these stay well in the cooler. I am down for some Saturday Chili non carne and even a have a pot to make it in, if it last into the night, I can make me a chilidog. Sunday for the departers maybe we could do a small breakfast, which to me is bacon and grilled cheese sandwiches. I might put my name on this since I will not be leaving until Monday and because I have always done bacon and grilled at some point while at SOSMP fest.

Popsicle, as for costumes, I say go with what you want. Due to numbers, we will have duplicate costume, so go with what you like. I think two others friends of ours were looking at Tweedle Dee and Dumb, friends made at Wanee last year, but like I said, go with what YOU want and I love the TuTu Dee and Dumbs by the way. Roofan, you need to let that FB thing go, we have big plans going on over there, which is no secert to anybody over here, but it is easier to organize on FB.

Scrog are you some kind of grand wanee wizard ?!? Your dedication is awesome. I will certainly keep and eye out for this Rabbit hole and plan on At least stopping by. My group has a few that like to camp a bit more secluded & away from the craziness. Any "must know" tips would be greatly appreciated. We are a fun/ creative bunch , helping with decorations( and refreshments) would be an honor.
Words cant describe our excitement! 1st trip to sosmp is less than 50 days away!!

And calling again for anyone who wants a cheshire hat. Also was considering use of baseball caps instead of non-propeller caps. I can alter up a baseball hat and then you guys have some shade too... for example Baseball hat

I was under the impression that we wanted NO fleece bc it would be too hot.... So therefore less "hood" and more "cap"... Correct me if Im wrong.

YES - that damn cap was what I was hoping to make only without mickey ears. But I can't find the CAP piece without a propeller, or in any color other than red. maddening. (that's my word for the day.)
But I like the idea of the headbands and the caps. I could go one step cooler with the ladies headbands and do the head bands that are elastic at the bottom, with fabric that can be spread out like a bandana at the top - add ears a smile and eyes Like this one:

Also, I haven't commented on what the cap should be as I was trying to come up with something that would work well for both men and women and I couldn't. However, if its not too much trouble, having something for guys and something for gals may work? Im not trying to bring up the cost, or create an issue, but I don't see myself wearing a pink and purple hood very much during the fest. Nothing personal, its just, its not "me". DEFINITELY would work for the girls though.
What about a hat like this (or maybe not a cap?) Maybe 2 different colors of the same cap, one black/green with teeth and eyes for the guys and the pink/purple one for the girls?

Going to be a biatchhh and tells you all that thanks to the lovely Ms. Sarah we just had this ^^^^ for dinner tonight. It was OMG YUMMMMMMMM!!!!!! Now Quacker and I know what it is like to come home and have a woman cooking dinner! TY Sarah and TY Quacker for not expecting that from me!
I agree we move the Cap talk to FB, but before we do I do not think we should have different hats for guys and girls. To me the idea was to show unity and make it easier to locate people. When we start to water it down with different choices, we lose some of the impact and we become just another cool hat in the crowd.
And Surf, I am sure you will look just fine in something purple and pink.
