Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Its Claudia Gonson of The Magnetic Fields saying they have no shows planned for 2013. Bonnaroo is the worst possible location I can think of to see them so its probably a good thing.
god damnit can we please stop using that hosting site. the ads are quacking PORN and a lot of people are at work
I need to remember to make an image posting tutorial. It's on my to-do list but whenever I'm home I just zone out and be lazy.
I prefer imgur or imageshack but if you've got suggestions for other good image hosts let me know and I'll include them.
Fix the "Add Image To Post" link right above the reply box. It goes to a postimage.org site that doesnt work for shit. Make that link to imgur or something.

I'm not sure if that's an admin thing or a proboards thing but I'll definitely be looking into it.
Edit: found some possibilities...will hopefully be able to get something working better by this weekend.
The problem with this game is I feel like every band I am looking up uses the Windish Agency for their booking. I remember last year I contacted that agency like 5 times about various artists and then got an email back essentially telling me to stop bugging them lol. So this year I am avoiding contacting them, which is limiting things.

Or you could try e-mailing once and asking about a few artists.

They represent so many artists I doubt I could narrow it down into a coherent email haha. Also my whole schtick has been to just tell the booking agencies that I am a huge fan of that one particular artist and want to see them at roo. If I was to put together a list and asking about a whole bunch of artists I don't think it would work.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm a huge fan of a few of the bands you represent and am currently deciding between two summer festivals. I was wondering if you would be able to tell me if any of these bands will be making an appearance at Bonnaroo in 2013 as it would help my decision:
- band 1 - band 2 - band 3 - band 4
Thanks
- Name
Then just tell others here and they can e-mail about other acts.

Band of Skulls is the fist band I saw at my very first Bonnaroo. They hold a special place in my heart. I saw them in October when they played here in Fort Lauderdale and I got to talk to Russ, the singer/guitarist, and he was really cool.
