Freaky moment #1 of the day - Head Full of Doubt/Road Full of Promise literally started playing on my Thanksgiving playlist as I was reading this. Spooky.

For future questions that we hope our person will see can we PM you phi and you PM them or is that too much work for you?
No thats fine! If you have a question that you would like answered, PM it to me and I will PM your person. Obviously I can no longer do that for NBF lol.

I have a question, and hopefully, my secret Santa recipient will answer: What is your favorite song lyric?
Basically every word of Between the Bars by Elliott Smith.
Drink up baby, stay up all night With the things you could do You won't but you might The potential you'll be that you'll never see The promises you'll only make
I have a ton of fav lyrics, but here are some that come to mind immediately:
Oh what good is it to live, with nothing left to give, Forget but not forgive, not loving all you see? The streets you're walking on, 1000 houses long, Well that's where I belong and you belong with me, Not swallowed in the sea.

I currently have nooooo idea what to get my SS recipient. I'll figure it out, though.
I have many, many favorite song lyrics, but these always stick out to me (and really, every lyric in this song):
Well, your faith was strong but you needed proof. You saw her bathing on the roof. Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you. She tied you to her kitchen chair, And she broke your throne and she cut your hair And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah
-"Hallelujah," written by Leonard Cohen but the Jeff Buckley version is the one I know and love

Just listened to Either/Or for the first time in a couple years the other day. One of my all-time favorites. This song and 2:45 AM hit me so hard every time.
Always remember there was nothing worth sharing Like the love that let us share our name Avett Brothers
I'm made of atoms you're made of atoms And we're all in this together And long division just doesn't matter 'Cause we're all in this together, yeah Ben Lee
This one gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it. I've heard there was a secret chord That David played, and it pleased the Lord But you don't really care for music, do you? It goes like this The fourth, the fifth The minor fall, the major lift The baffled king composing Hallelujah

Lyrics: "What kind of song would you give If you had a song to give What kind of life would you live If you had a life to live Would you wanna make something good, that you could look on Give you lots of pleasure, yeah you would
What about this thing that you gave What if it weren't quite perfect What about if it was something bad about it Would you love it just the same Would you still care about it
The lights on the city looks so good Almost like somebody thought they should"
And oh dear! I drunkenly bought my recipient something over the intertubes last night! Bombs away, I hope they enjoy it!
Wow you are REALLY excited about this aren't you...
I just can't handle the secret keeping. I had Abra's ring for around a week before asking the question. I aged about 4 years in that week. It was horrendous.
