I would imagine it's a realistic baby figure, but not a real baby, right? My favorite highlights are attempting to cut the bread with a wedge of wood (WHAT?!?) and this:

I thought that it must be fake, but I watched it a few times and it looks pretty real (the little arms jump when the phone hits it!). Unless their animatronic baby budget is way high for this infomercial, I think a real baby got clocked.
