I began doing research on Amanda Palmer to connect her to the Haiku since she has macabre tendencies, but she cancelled her tour this year, apparently.

But does one believe? - Pixies are mythological to begin with, but in addition, the bad has a song called "Monkey Gone to Heaven", which has lyrics like "If man is 5 [x4]/then the devil is 6 [x4]/and if the devil is six/then god is 7 [x3]" . They also have songs called "Make Believe" and "Space (I Believe In)". Lastly, I want to believe.

The cemetery may have to do with Monkey gone to Heaven.

The other boston artist that caught my eye was Rob Zombie, but I'm not familiar enough with him to make a connection past the cemetary.

Another idea: Father John Misty? We know he'll be there and he fits the clue pretty well.

As for the cemetery, I believe "Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings" is the first song FMJ released.

They are from North Wales too, to get specific. I think it's them. I don't know how to connect the second and third lines though.

This was my first thought on this one. Made a lot of sense to me.

Corey Taylor of Stone Sour was on a local Kansas City morning show today. They talked about a (I think rye) alcohol that he enjoys.
He told a story from the prohibition era about a headstone with a removable plaque located in a graveyard in Iowa. People would take the plaque off put money inside and bootleggers would replace the money with the alcohol he was talking about.
I don't know if this can help in finding the answer or not to this riddle but I thought I would share this info.
