Dude, I don't know you, obviously, but making generalizations about rappers being violent makes you sound racist. You need to know that.
How is pointing to specific acts of violence "making generalizations?"
Because you are pointing out and criticizing his while, intentionally or subconsciously, ignoring those of many others who have played Bonnaroo or are rumored to be playing.
Not trying to call you a bad person, I'm just telling you how your first comment about ASAP read to a lot of people.

Edit: what Horn said
It's not just that you point to those acts, it's that you are blind (either willfully or otherwise) to the fact that many, many musical artists/acts have had similar issues with the law and you're focusing on the hip-hop guy to convey your feelings.
I personally don't think you're racist, but the only two people you've found issue with are ASAP and Kanye, so you left the door open to that interpretation, I guess.
Stop pretending that violence happening at a show is indicative of the artist in question.
One of the nights of the MMJ run at Port Chester featured a particular drunk dude getting into fights/shoving matches with two separate guys. It had nothing at all to do with the music being played on the stage. It had to do with a drunk idiot who was looking for a fight.

Giving examples of fan violence that is unrelated to what's going on onstage does not change the fact that what happened in Miami was because ASAP was onstage.
The only person that I actually brought up was Charles Manson, and my people have just confirmed that he is indeed still white.
Yes, the only white person you could find in the history of music to associate with being arrested was a guy known for mass murder and not music at all.

Legit question: Are you worried about someone getting shot or beat up at his set at Bonnaroo (assuming he is on the lineup)?

Yeah, hanging out with the Beach Boys and Neil Young and very nearly getting a recommendation from the latter for a record deal - no relation to the music industry at all.

At the train station heading back into the city I was standing talking to one of my friends that I went with and was in some guys way. His girlfriend said "excuse me," I moved over and apologized and then her belligerent boyfriend shoved me as he walked by and tried to fight me. I just side-stepped him and he almost tumbled face-first onto the train tracks. Me and my friend grabbed him, straightened him up and sent him on his way.

I can't tell if you're intentionally being contrarian or if you're really this delusional.
Charles Manson is not applicable to this discussion, unless your insinuation is that ASAP is an underling or two away from carving a swastika in his forehead and ordering the murder of multiple people because he's a sociopath. Then yes, Manson has bearing in this discussion.

Wonder if that was the same guy.
I once had a guy try to fight me at a pizza place after a show for according to him, putting a mozzarella stick in his pocket and getting grease on said pocket.

Maybe same guy?
Last year during the Black Keys at ACL I had this nice spot leaning up against a tree in the back of the field and had a drunk try to fight me over it. I think it was mainly due to the fact the gilr he was with was obviously tired and wanted to lean against the other side. Luckily she was able to draw him away before it escalated.

I was pushed into a mud pit by some drunk dude at Eminem who thought I spilled his beer. It was actually the guy in front of me, but that really doesn't matter. I jawed at him a little but no violence ensued. I also saw a guy get punched in the head at Danzig last year. It appeared domestic in nature (aka about a girl). It happens, but mostly mostly people at Bonnaroo are too cool to engage in much of that. I can't image any sort of riot or anything just because people are too into the vibe.

I was at a bar the other day and some dude walked up to me and accused me of stepping on his Jordans. I thought he was making a reference to the Chappelle's Show Chicago Gang Wars sketch so I laughed and did the little hand-bird thing and made a tweeting noise.
Then he started yelling and pushing me in the chest and actually tried to fight me.
