I'm seriously considering going this year because Cold War Kids are one of my favorite acts and I've never gotten to see them. I also love a good Edward Sharp set!

I keep thinking of all the places to put the bands now besides that main area. Like the Dillard's stage, the LA fitness Zumba class, I wonder if they could put one in the movie theat... Eh never mind. Should be interesting.
I used to live a quarter mile from there, now about 2. Not that that matters.
That really sucks if beck backed out... Wonder why.
So I'm thinking of staying at the Marriot Courtyard that is .8 miles away. It's not super cheap (100-120 a night) but seems to be the cheapest within walking distance. Split 4 ways that isn't too bad. Anyone else interested?

I might be staying with a friend of mine from the real life, but I will keep this in mind if that doesn't work out and somebody doesn't take you up on it beforehand.

I don't know if this has been said, I'm a little late to this party so I apologize if it is redundant.
I think it is Muse. They played twice in ATL last year, giving Sweetwood vast opportunities to book them.
The reason I don't think it is MMJ is because they would have to have created two completely different posters to allow their name in the headliner slot, costing time and money. It's much easier to create one poster and just delete a name from the slot, then re-ad it. Musefits the "theme" a little bit better than Beck does, too. If you look at festivals who have dropped headliners later they usually have a much more spacious poster design.
anybody got their email with the presale password?
I'm wondering the same. I panicked I wasn't on and tried to sign up, but it said I was already on the list.
It's National, you sons of bitches. I only say that because I really want to go but can't afford to swing another festival. Costs too much to get to the South from Toronto.

I'm thinking if they really had Beck, he would have been their #1 headliner. so whoever they get should be big. but not Muse big. Muse doesn't even fit at this fest. I'm thinking more Jack White or MMJ.
Hmm... I'm strongly considering going (if tickets are still available next week)!
I'm very new to smaller festivals like this. When can I expect for the tickets to sell out?
Unfortunately, I have no idea. This is a relatively new fest, so I'm not even sure what the capacity is. Maybe someone that went last year can answer better: sang_xcx ?
Just got our tickets! Damn Ticketbastard kept freezing My daughter Maggie is graduating that weekend with her BS in Nursing. She really wants to go and she is the one who got me to my first Bonnaroo, so I am taking both girls! It will be a graduation celebration! As usual, if anyone needs a place to crash let me know....

I can't really answer this either, because they have changed locations and went from 2 days to 3. I hope it doesn't sell out any time soon, because we have to wait to buy tix.
