Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
when do you think will be too late. i know ill definatly have it all by the 18th. my friend wants us to send it at the same time on the 12th. She said she would cover the difference on mine.
For people who are having trouble coming up with the money quickly....PayPal has a line of credit you can apply for. Then you charge the deposit money and pay it back over time.
Volunteering is the best way to see the festival. You get to see the music and can venture out into, what I like to call, General Population as much as you like but when you're ready for some quiet time you just walk past security into the employee only areas and head for your secure camping area for a nice free shower. PS- Drink plenty of water or it won't be a fun week

man, they make you jump through a lot of hoops. . . just got my 'confirmation' email letting me know the next, oh--18 steps I need to take care of before I'm *officially* a volunteer. . .
I've sent in my $$$ and now I have to snail mail in a waiver, then, apparently, I get my working description and schedule.
Not complaining--I understand why. I'm just getting goofy-anxious to be officially-official. . .
Watchin' a stretch of road, miles of light explode. Driftin' off a thing I'd never done before. Watchin' a crowd roll in. Out go the lights it begins. A feelin' in my bones I've never felt before...
Anyone else waiting on their e-mail with the waiver paperwork? My application for during-fest was accepted and I paid the deposit almost two weeks ago. Getting anxious to complete the sign-up process and make it official.

I've been thinking about this lately:
You know, we're going to be there essentially before any one else (not including pre-fest vols and other people setting up). How cool is it going to be to be able to walk around before they even open the gates and see everything. . . empty, yet ready to go. . . ? I'll have my camera ready. . . that's going to be one heck of a sight.

nah you get there the same time as everyone else, you sign in at 8am and get into the farm right as everyone else does, unless you are prefest. We got in line to sign in right when they started, didnt get to the campsite for atleast 2 hours. There were a TON of people in the farm, the campsites were mostly full in the staff area.

Hmmm. They must have changed it this year, since this year we check in a day before everyone gets there. I was told to check in for During Fest Vols between 8am and 2pm, Wednesday, June 11th. Gates open for the GP at 7am, Thursday, June 12th. I'm sure the staff campsite will be pretty full, but I'll have 23 hours before there are 80,000 people camping or walking around.

Got my waiver emailed to me this past Thursday. I signed it and faxed it back. I recieved an email within 2 hours of fax reciept that my waiver had been filed.
As the date gets closer we may or may not know the shifts/jobs we'll have. There were a few opp's to swap last year if there was a show you wanted to see. I was thinking if we know our shifts ahead of time, I was wanting to know if you all would consider getting together on here and planning some things out. I had a good job last year and great hours(VIP check-in). But, the only one I missed that I wanted to see was Tom Morello's set. They do have a swap board in Centeroo, but I only saw one job last year. It was the Silent Disco on Sat night from 11p to 3a. Anyhow, I figured I'd toss that out there.
