Not sure what's going on with Green Day. I guess they showed up on the main page for a second, but not that lineup, and then were gone.
I looked at the Line-Up on my phone and a picture of the poster on the Osheaga mobile site clearly had Green Day on it and then when you clicked it Green Day disappeared. It was sitting right next to the twitter feed which had a picture of the real line-up poster. The whole block then disappeared for a bit and is now showing the regular poster. Green Day was right in between The Cure and Mumford. Really weird situation
Same thing here!!! Really solid lineup, especially since its nice and close to home
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.

Does anyone know anything about the Osheaga Hotel?? I want to try to get a room before it sells out, but I can't find too much info online about it. When do they go on sale? I try to click on the links on the site but nothing happens......
Last year we stayed in Longueiel because we waited too long to book accommodation. Not the end of the world, but had to take a cab Saturday night because there was no public transportation available when we were done partying.

The Hotel goes on sale Friday and they added 2 more this year after last year selling out in hours. They are right downtown on the McGill Campus, a pretty great location.
On another note, I just bought my tickets. This will be my 8th Osheaga.

Did anyone stay at the official hotel last year? The hot tub on the street and silent disco sold us. Room is booked! Pretty excited except the website seems to be downplaying these extras this year, hopefully they will be back.

Day by Day and single day tickets this week? Day breakdown this week, single day tickets early next week? I'd like The Cure, New Order, Hot Chip and Explosions in the Sky on Sunday, please.
If The Cure are on Friday and New Order are on Sunday, which looks probable now that I've actually bothered to look at the Lolla day-by-day breakdown, they've lost a patron...haha
Additions are up! Wasn't Geen Day and Yeah Yeah Yeahs as most expected but Beck and Frank Ocean are both solid adds. Charles Bradley is never a bad thing. Nothing else really does anything for me.
I saw Stars and mistook it for SPARKS. I got very excited only to realize my misread.
Just because the additions haven't been listed here in their entirety:
New additions include Beck, Frank Ocean, The Breeders, Bob Mould, Stars, Tricky, Charles Bradley, C2C, Mac DeMarco, Daughter, Palma Violets, Magical Cloudz, Rudimental, Azari & III, Bonobo, k-os, Lianne La Havas, and Rich Aucion.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

Doesn't help that much with my FJM conflict at Roo as I don't know who he'll be up against at Osheaga. But I've seen a lot of the bands scheduled to play that Sunday.

Yup I absolutely love it. I'm more excited for this lineup than roo's. Love the venue, love Montreal. Can't say enough good things about this fest. I can't wait. I'm spearheading a 22 person bachelor party to it so its gonna get messy.
Anyone have any suggestions on hotels for this? I'm trying to price it out, see if this is a possibility for me.
I'm not exactly sure who to book thru but check out the dorms at McGill University. That's where I stayed last year, they book them out as hotel rooms during the summer. It was reasonable price wise in terms of downtown Montreal but still kinda pricey, maybe in the 100-200 range? I do however think I saw something about one of the official hotels(which are sold out) being at one of them so I'm not positive how that will affect pricing or availability.
Man, I wish I didn't live in the south!! Congrats to everyone that is going on such an amazing lineup and there aren't TOO many conflicts. Have a great time and do a little dance for me because I can't be there.

Thanks for the heads up. I've looked at a few of these places, nothing locked down yet though. Going for sure though, should be a blast. As far as schedule goes, Disclosure vs New Order is pretty rough, and Kendrick Lamar vs Father John sucks, but at least for the latter I saw both at the Roo. Other than that, pretty sweet!
Ughhh, this sucks. My friends and I were trying to find a hotel we all agreed on before buying our tickets, and now they're sold out. Shit. Anyone know anyone with extras they want to sell??
