Believe it or not, Toronto is only the second show Phish has ever cancelled in their 30 year career. IIRC the first was a Balmer show in 1993, cancelled due to poor ticket sales.
I agree with those who say they should have cancelled the show yesterday, but I'm guessing they really really didn't want to given their otherwise excellent record at making shows happen.
Toronto show has been postponed until July 22nd due to the ongoing problems following yesterdays storm. Bummer, I was pumped and about to head out the door to the Amp when the news rolled in!
We were driving in from out of town, luckily one of my friends checked his phone and we didn't have to drive too far. So disappointing!! It really made me realize how much I was looking forward to this show, so now I'm extra pumped for the 22nd.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.

this is wrong btw, there were a couple of other shows that got cancelled due to inclement whether, all early in their career. sorry for the bad info.

Actually I do not think Toronto counts as cancelled just postponed, the 1993 show is the only one I know of that got officially cancelled.
I'm going to both nights in Alpharetta. Still haven't gotten my tickets,if any of you need to get rid of some. I don't really care where the seats are, lawns are fine.

Was thinking about hitting up the Jones Beach lot tonight but with a check engine light on in my car and less money than I should have I'm thinking about skipping this one. Shame...haven't seen them in a while. Oh well.

Anyone on here doing Northerly Isle this weekend in Chicago? I'm driving over from Ohio for all three days. It was hard to pass up All Good, which is literally 30 mins from my front door, but I had to do one mini Phish run this summer.

I've heard nothing but good things. One of my friends said she danced nearly non-stop the entire second set. I can't wait for Chicago in a few days. ...
And it was the heat tonight. Not sure which second set I like better.
We ate at R Thomas three times this trip, and for our third meal there tonight post show Andre 3000 was sitting just a couple tables away from us. I was crazy starstruck, could barely focus on anything else.

If you are on tour and decided to skip Alph, you will regret this your entire life. That set list, are you kidding?!!?!?! I am happy to get ONE of those songs in a show, but we got almost every fucking quintessential phish song

The lightning only enhanced the light show on Wednesday in Alpharetta.
This is true, I loved the crowd reactions every time the lightning popped.
I actually love a good drizzle at an outdoor show. Atlanta never got bad, the rain and clouds kept the temperatures comfortable. I'm commenting more on the Jones Beach and Chicago fiascos, that was some wild rain.
I haven't listening to Chicago 2 yet, but being able to catch a 3 set show in a non festival/non nye setting would have been special. Very happy for the fans that were there.
