Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I hear what you are saying EAP, but think you can get your point across in a less hostile manor. (I took it as hostile, as much as i did Jugg's first reply.)
My ball in this game is I have a second account. It's called QSAROO. So if you are adamant regarding no second accounts - that means those of us behind QSAROO need to go too?

i agree, i am very hostile toward juggs but i have a major problem with him and the way he treats certain members on this board.
he picks easy targets and is rude to them over and over again and no one appears to be phased. where is the line? i get that this is the internet blahblalbha but it is still bullying and nothing ever seems to be done about it. interent bullying is a REAL thing. the teacher in me can't help but get worked up when i see someone who time and time again picks on people and belittles them and never has any consequences brought down on themselves.
when was the last time i said something mean to juggs in a music thread? if he is contributing actual knowledge, i leave him alone. but what he was doing in here was just being rude plain and simple.
the qsaroo account wasn't made to foster the image that you are more witty and better than everyone, it was made to help people.
that is like comparing juggs to zapp and tom and once again, i just don't even see the comparison.
EAP: if you don't like him, don't talk to him. It's pretty simple. It feels like you're picking on this 2nd account technicality to get Juggs banned or reprimanded or something.
I personally like The Capp Dogg. It's a hilarious comedic break used sparingly enough to not cause a problem. Think "spirit of the law" and not "letter of the law" and you'll understand. While on the subject of spirit of the law, flaming the heck out of Juggs because you don't personally like him isn't in the spirit of anything positive. I'm sure there is a more effective and constructive way to make your opinions understood by those who rule. You may be looking for a group of people to rally behind you here, and I don't think it's going to happen.
Juggs message board persona is entertaining to many. Remember, this is the Internet.
EAP, I love you girl, and I understand where you're coming from. Bullying breaks my heart, and I always try to stop it. At the same time, we are all adults (or try to act like one sometimes), and I don't think anyone is actually offended when Juggs rips on someone. I don't ever take him seriously, so maybe that's why I don't say anything to him? I'm not defending him or you, I just don't want you to be upset about people not trying to stop "bullying."
As a regular reader but sporadic poster, I agree with EAP that Juggs crosses the line at times. Personally, I have him blocked. It makes the board a nicer place to browse.

sounds like a solution for EAP and others to consider.
I, being a fellow d!ckbag/West Hartfordite(same thing), think that Jugs flirts with the line but that's what makes his posts entertaining. You don't read Jugs' posts like he's Neal Conan. You read his posts like he's Howard Stern.

thanks schulzie, but i promise that i am not upset with anyone other than juggs.

ok but let's look at it this way....most other posters that multiple users have had to ignore have been banned by this point. just another example of juggs getting special treatment b/c some of you think he's funny.
i personally found boink boink guy to be hilarious but everyone shit all over him.

No one really cares what I think, but I will let you know anyway...
Juggs.. and the 2 21 year olds with a RV thread... were the reason I started coming to this board...He may cross the line occasionally, but the only one I've noticed he has a real problem with is Pondo... and Pondo seems to be a big boy and not terribly hurt by any of it... annoyed at times yes, but hurt, no... i personally enjoy jugg's sarcastic @hole sense of humor... maybe that does not reflect well on me, but it is what it is... ( i do avoid disagreeing with him though because I do not want that wrath brought down upon me )
Now I dont contribute much, or post often, but I do lurk constantly... I think the beauty of the internet is you do not have to deal with people like Juggs if you choose not to. There is an ignore button on inforoo, a block option on facebook, block users on most emails, CHOOSE not to visit certain pages...etc...
so basically EAP -- BLOCK JUGGS! -- your life will be much happier, and one thing I do not come to this board for is to be stressed out.. so if anyone was having that effect on me, that would be my plan of attack....
now back to the shadows to be entertained, and I meant nothing bad towards either of you... nothing exceptionally good either, but certainly nothing bad

EAP- in all good humor here, you and juggs got one thing you agree on! Badpunz- juggs enjoyed him to! One thing to stand on common ground together, badpunz, it's a start.

I certainly understand your frustrations. When something I personally dislike winds up with more or less widespread approval I certainly find myself dealing with a complex range of emotions, most of which boil down to something similar to envy. I am sorry that you think I receive "special treatment" - I believe it's more of a mutual respect. For instance, I wouldn't ever have a second account, but if I was to feel the need for one, I would probably send the moderators a Private Message, explaining what kind of second account I would like, and what it would be used for, and wait for approval before proceeding. I certainly wouldn't just act without properly explaining myself and my intentions.
As suggested numerous other times in this thread, I would more than welcome a moderated discussion (perhaps using the new "group" feature) to have a productive discussion with EAP (and anyone else who feels grieved) in the presence of a moderator or moderators who could mediate and facilitate the discussion.
lolololol jesus christ. if your head was any bigger, we'd have a total eclipse on our hands.
and i'm fine with your suggestion as long as the mod involved isn't ITM.
but really what's the point? you have never shown any desire in lightening up on being a wenis. are you really going to start now?

I think a lot of what you have to say is very valid EAP, but it isn't really fair to say everything you have and then when he offers to talk about it say "what's the point?". If that's really how you feel then why bring it up at all?

I just love how incredibly worked up EAP gets over every little thing on an internet message board. How do people let what's written on here affect them so much in real life? It's hilarious to me.
I don't know how you have the patience to be a teacher when you get this disgruntled over the internet

that is total baloney pants.
the last time i got mad at juggs was SIX months ago, i remember b/c i was BMOTM at the time.
and i haven't gotten mad at anyone else since then. and who are you to say it affects my real life? lol like i'm talking about juggs at work to people and stuff.
and FYI i teach small children, so they have an excuse to be out of control.
