Long lost Rooster here. I'm gonna try and make Roo this year and you know I'll be at the brunch w/ biscuits and gravy if things work out. Odds are improving regarding my attendance but...

I lived in the South for years so I know I will be pushing it bringing "Pecan Pie" What ya think? I might put them in muffin tins so they would be single servings. Or Pralines? Easier I guess and usually yummy.... cr****
My man and I can bring omelettes in a bag. We'll bring all the fixings for people to make their own if there is boiling water at brunch. If no boiling water, we'll make some up at our camp and bring them over. What's the usual turnout so we know how many to make?

Inquiring minds must know, what are omelettes in a bag?
I wasn't supposed to go this year, but I blacked out earlier today, and when I woke up, someone had stolen $300 and emailed me to brag about it. So, um, is there a written exam to get in on this brunch thing, or...?

If I'm not mistaken: beaten eggs in plastic bag, add whatever toppings you like, seal bag, place in boiling water until finished, and voila, omelette in a bag.

How long do I boil? This sounds brilliant and makes cleaning so much easier.
That I'm not sure about. And you may want to check what kind of bags to get as well. Don't want it melting.
Someone said these looked like "little hands" coming out of the mud. I think they should cut back a bit on something
