My wife and I are planning on swinging by. I lurked on Inforoo for years, but now that I've joined I feel I should come check out this brunch thing.
Cool stuff. I'm still leery about it because I don't have anything to bring.

What do you mean you don't have anything to bring? You don't have any munches, beers, alcohol, mixers, ice, wine, anything not listed on the first page? You've got to have something to bring? Don't you?
Well folks mark me down as attending. I've wanted to do this for so long, but didn't feel like I was a regular enough poster for anyone to know who the heck I was. Quite frankly, I didn't feel worthy enough. I've learned so much lurking and occasionally posting on this site over the last four years. I can't begin to explain how much it has effected my Roo experience, which in turn has effected my entire lifestyle, which then furthermore has led to a trickle down to my friends. No BS when I say Inforoo really has had a major impact on my life. To go deeper into major life events, going to get a little sad here, I just lost my Mom to a hard fought battle with breast cancer on May 23. This obviously has been extremely hard to cope with. She was a huge Beatles fan, My Pops and I even chose to have "She Loves You" close out the funeral service. Not to get too much into that here, and needless to say, this year Bonnaroo has more meaning than ever. I NEED it this year. That being said I'm not going to waste the chance to meet all these amazing people that make this wonderful site what it is. I can't wait to actually meet you folks, and thanks in advance to all that make brunch happen. See ya in a couple days, your future friend, Riff
Riff, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss. And I can totally identify with this post. I lost my Mom to cancer in April of last year. And I very much NEEDED Roo last year as well. I also have long mostly lurked on inforoo and have never made a brunch to date, and I'm determined to make this the year. Especially since I've now at least met a few inforooers. So here's to hoping we meet up at brunch this year. And I wanna meet the rest of you people as well!
side note: i'm hopelessly bad at food prep,lol. so I imagine I'll be showing up with ice/liquor/paper plates or something? If theres anything specific that i could bring someone please let me know. I'd like to contribute.
I haven't had time to catch up on the whole brunch thread..so I'm going back and reading all of the posts. I am getting so excited to see everyone...old and new Inforoo family.
I have a megaphone type loudspeaker so we can maybe give some periodic announcements starting at around 10 to direct you peeps in who might still be having trouble finding us

Funny. I thought about buying a megaphone for the express purpose of using it to yell a super amplified "CORNCAT!" if I can't find brunch like last year.

Are you guys camping with us in Camp Inforoo VIP? If so I'm sure a bunch of us will all be walking over together. If not, you should PM Mike D, it's not too late!
I'm in an on-site RV in VIP, so not camping with the group, although I'm sure I'll be hanging with the crew a lot!
I just finished preparing a whole bunch of spicy black bean burgers that are now freezing! Any chance I can use one of your grills at camp inforoo instead of lugging mine back and forth?

Just wanted to pop in to say that I'm excited to make it to my 2nd brunch this year! Hopefully I'll do a better job of meeting people- and of remembering meeting people- this year! Can't wait!
And I wanna meet the rest of you people as well!
