Check out their album from the Georgia Theatre. Its pretty great and is a good representation of what they bring live. I have also seen them play a phenomenal show to a quarter capacity crowd early in the evening.

I saw a moe. show in Albuquerque where like 75 people showed up (it was probably more like 50) back in 02 same thing 3 hours, 7 songs, absolutely killed it.

funny you say that b/c moe. played at the exact same venue and it was the same deal....maybe a bit more, like 150 people but you could go where ever you wanted and they just killed the set. I love bands that do that. Totally felt the vibe of the few people that were having a blast and just went with it. Theres a venue in Bethlehem that has gotten some sick bands (umphreys, moe., conspirator) and its 10 minutes from my house but no one around here likes that kinda of music except for a select few but its always an amazing show
Saw them front and center at Floydfest last year. Far and away the best show I've seen there. Hopefully they get the late LN set and can play til sun up. There are very few conflicts that would cause me to miss their set.

What venue do you speak of?
steal stacks in Bethlehem...the Artsquest center I think its called....pretty reasonable priced shows, they have a jam fest every year...last year was Umphreys and Keller Williams I think, This year was Conspirator and The Victor Wooten band

I'm really pissed off now. I had no idea Steal Stacks did that. I'm going there to see Yes in a bit.

I owe you many thanks. I knew the new event center (which is also great) was doing good shows, but I didn't even know the cafe was.

Conspirator kicks so much ass live. I saw them twice and was blown away both times. I think for jamtronica they strike just the right balance of "jam" and electronic. And they are so high energy, it makes for such a fun show. Dying to see them with the new line-up. I've seen Dj Sawka with Pendulum and he is a monster. Best person they could have for a drummer of an "Electronic" band
Saw them open for Umphreys once, almost put me to sleep
to each their own.
I mentioned it in the jam thread but, when I saw them open for Umphrey's - it wasn't exactly a rager either. At the time I felt like they weren't consistent enough to count on for a good show, in fact it was more like tDB 'light'. I feel like the more time Brownie and Magner have off from the Biscuits - the better Conspirator gets.
This being Bonnaroo, them having a late night spot *fingers still crossed*, and the new lineup should culminate in our best chance at one of those glorious sunrise dance parties. They played Thursday afternoon at EFF and killed it in the middle of the day. They don't need a big crowd, just the right one. If you like this kind of music make sure you walk by the tent at least once. I'm just afraid they'll be up against Boys Noize for the late late night spot.
I'm definitely excited for this show. Just hoping Conspirator and Animal Collective don't conflict for a Friday late night set. I'd love to see Animal Collective in the early late night slot, then go check out Conspirator til the sun rises!

pretty bummed about not seeing these guy LN.... I hope its at least in the dark!
there's no way they'll be during the day. even at bonnaroo. im thinking they'll come on at 10 or 11 after a headliner. the bands they announced as late night acts will probably start after midnight. but thats just my guess.
i actually wouldnt mind seeing them start during the end of the sunset > night.

As long as Roo doesn't pull an AnCo and schedule these guys during the day, I'm glad they aren't a late night act. Too many conflicts. Conspirator NEEDS to play in the dark.

Headliners wont be done with their sets by 11 and LN basically begins after the headliners set.
Best chance for a night time setting will sunset tent or a late evening set on Thursday. Im hopeful of the latter.
Ya, was definitely hoping Conspirator would close out a tent on Thursday after they were not announced as a LN act. Sucks they're pre-headlining before Paul, was hoping to get a good spot for him. Oh well, will still enjoy both shows!
I think their schedule placement works for them im just disappointed I wont get to see them now. I was hoping to end my night with the tail end of their set
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
Kind of sad Conspirator goes right into Paul McCartney. I'm excited to see Conspirator, but wanted to get a semi-decent spot for Sir Paul. Haven't decided if I'm going to ditch out of Conspirator 30 minutes early, or just watch the whole set and get a mediocre spot for Sir Paul.
