If they had the lineup looking like this initially I would have bought a ticket while they were cheap and found a solution to the travel/lodging concerns. Now I've got a separate ticket to see Blondie/X and caught Public Enemy a couple weeks ago. Still damned tempting in spite of all these conditions though!

Day by day schedules are out and single day tickets went on sale today. It also looks like we lost Toots and the Maytals

(they added a couple bands I've never heard of, The Wonder Years and Memphis May Fire).

I couldn't resist it any longer. I've gone ahead and got a Sunday ticket and am going to Megabus it up to Chicago and back all in the same day. I expect it to be an insane 27 hour trip but simply couldn't pass up the opportunity to see the Pixies again plus 4 other groups I've never seen play before. (Peter Hook & the Light, The Replacements, Mission of Burma & Bob Mould) Easily worth the ~$150 it's going to cost for ticket and travel, I just hope it all goes smoothly.
