Give me The Knife, Plastikman/Richie Hawtin, any form of Mike Patton (preferably Fantomas), and some good hip hop/rap along the lines of El-P or Aesop Rock (def no Kanye, Cee Lo, or any member of Odd Future (while I enjoy OF, just don't care to see/hear about pimpin' dem hoes another time)) and I'll be happy!!!

I was thinking about Run The Jewels the other day. They are booked to play Treefort Music Festival in Idaho a few weeks before Coachella. While this means zero in terms of a conformation, I'm hoping it means festival shows in 2014.
I'm not good with speculating bands at fests, but would the fact that Tool is doing a fest in Veracruz, Mex in march mean anything? I, for one, would like to see Tool in a fest setting...I missed when they did roo and Coachella.

The Coachella headliners are all but confirmed. Arcade Fire-Muse-OutKast

Pusha T, Chase and Status, Andy C, Dizzee Rascal, Baby Anne, Claude Von Stroke, Lee Burridge, Stanton Warriors
Doubt that Pusha T is back for the second year in a row, but who knows? Same with Gesaffelstein.
Basement Jaxx is a must, and while 2manydjs would be great, I'd much prefer Soulwax.
Also lol at that Ultra lineup. If you could take the "live" portion and make it its own little fest, it'd be great. But with the absolute garbage that is flooding that card, Jesus Christ. Don't these bro'ed out f*ckers get sick of hearing the same 10 DJs at every single festival on the planet?
Amen, I don't follow the electronic scene to closely besides catching a few of the more "popular" acts, but I thought maybe it was just me thinking that every EDM fest has the same DJ's playing at every fest, every year. There seems to really be no variance from fest to fest besides the production value that the festival promoters present.
Also saw Pusha T open for Kanye and he was great! I would love to see him in a festival setting.

Not to throw a wrench into this statement, but weren't the Rolling Stones "all but confirmed" up until the line-up dropped last year?
As jugawig pointed out, Rolling Stones were confirmed last year, until they weren't. If someone says they know all the headliners a month out, I'll gladly bet the field.

How much are we talking?
How much you want to bet. For the record, if there's a 4th headliner, I'd win.
Isn't it known there's going to be four headliners? NIN has been expected for awhile now
I wouldn't put money on NIN, for what it's worth. If we're accepting that Muse, Arcade Fire and Outkast are three headliners, which one of those isn't big enough to headline solo?

Yup...that's why I could go without them again. I don't make it to Coachella every year but the fact this would be my third and a repeat headliner already is a frustrating thought for me

For the record, I'm not necessarily saying their will be a 4th headliner, or that Muse/AF/Outkast is an unreasonable guess, I'm just saying things always looked confirmed, right up til they don't, and I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is on that one.
