Well that was easy. jenny and duddits I think we have some options to run with a group or just go to the areas they run in. I love trail runs because I only ever get to run on flat concrete paths.
Burial Beer looks like a fine place to visit. I want to check out that, Black Mtn, the art museum, and Wolfe's house.
For whatever it is worth, I visited the art museum several months ago and was disappointed. They didn't have all that much art on display and what was there just wasn't interesting IMO.

There are some great trails downtown adjacent to Memorial Stadium, I run them several times every week. They go up to the top of Beaucatcher Mtn where there is a great view. Seems that very few people know about them.

Agreed. This city pretty much sucks at museums in general.

Sounds miss-able then. More time for other places.
So, I've never been to the Biltmore... is that something I should try to do while we're up there, or make another trip for it?
The Biltmore is really too much to take on as a side-trip. If you want to be able to say that you saw it, that's one thing, but if you want to really explore around and enjoy it, that's a separate trip.
