I'm really really hoping Animal Collective pulls out all the stops and gives us a set to remember. Not sure it's going to happen, but have to think positive!
I really don't see AnCo as the type of act to improv past their set time. I know they're a fan of The Dead and jamming, but I just don't think it's happening. I think Pretty Lights, Boys Noize, and Bustle are all good candidates.

I know, but I have some live sets of them playing a 15+ minute version of Fireworks. And they put some jamming into Brothersport and Pulleys in the most recent show I saw of theirs. So yes, while it's not something they normally do, it is in the realm of possibility. I don't necessarily just see them jamming out a whole bunch of songs, I just hope they give us a super massive set list. I'd love for a 3+ hour AnCo set to be the cap in my Friday night. You just gotta believe!
I've just been burned so many times before. When I saw FlyLos spot on the schedule last year I thought for sure he'd play Til sunrise, and if I recall correctly he was extremely punctual in ending his set.
My money is on BIYH. Watching the sun rise listening to "The Rain Song" would be ok I guess.
Yes. Many have. m.o.e. played past the sunrise and into daylight in 09 pretty lights did in 10 or 11. STS9 did too and I met Ron Jeremy leaving that set. It was like 6:45 in the morning.
And none of those were Which sets sir.
No Which set has gone to sunrise that I can recall.
And anyone who thinks Pretty Lights is going to play a 5hr set till sunrise has lost their damn minds! The only reason he played till sunrise in 2011 was because he waited for Bassnectar to finish his set before starting his and didnt go on until like 4am.

I dont think any will. But Bustle In Your Hedgregrow is "most likely" if I had to guess.
I would throw in Boys Noize if it was a DJ set, but its a live set.

This. I imagine they'll go well over their allotted time and bring out a lot of guests (Warren Haynes would be great, as would Jim James.) Plan on checking it out after Boys Noize.

I saw him @ Gregg Allman in 2011. I was up at the very front on the rail and he was inside the rail. It is weird making eye contact with someone that almost expects you to ask them a favor or something. I snapped a picture of him, but didn't ask him to take one with me, a few people were and I wanted him to enjoy the music, not take a picture with some guy. He was like 3 feet from me the whole time and just kept resisting the urge to try to talk to him. I still told him he was the man though.

I would think they could stick Conspirator in that big empty spot in That tent on Friday instead of having them on in the daylight and have them play til sunrise (but I guess they want to keep them at the Other to follow the EDM theme). Dawn sets > Dusk sets

Source on that Boys Noize live set? All i could find is that he performed one for the first time in 2012. No confirmation that Bonnaroo will be one of those sets.
