I agree the pictures are awesome! I am keeping an eye on this book as well, just trying to be semi-responsible with finances at the mo since I am trying to plan a big vacation. but I am definitely interested.

I love NBF's purses and bags. Everyone asks me about mine when I'm out with it.
Just a quick update. Chemo and radiation are done!!! Yay! They ended up skipping 2.5 chemo doses. But the Dr. we talked to this week said that isn't all that unusual. Now it is a waiting game. End of August there are more scans to see if it worked. In the meantime, a Chinese herbalist has mixed up a brew for Mike, and he is still on a bunch of supplements from the integrative medicine clinic. And some more "corn" oil is in the making. A lot of research out there showing some tremendous results with patients who take the oil. Fingers crossed.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Tons of love heading your way guys. Have you considered macrobiotic? There is no scientific evidence that it works but there is some fabulous anecdotal reporting. Just depends what you feel like trying.

I have some things to throw in the auction. Not sure if you will find them to be of value enough to make an offer, but perhaps a collector will bite.
1. I have 3 Gumby comics that are all 3 signed by Bob Burden. one of the 3 has a little rip but is otherwise intact. 2. Rolling Stone issue from 8/9/69, the Brian Jones "Sympathy for the Devil" issue 3. Rolling Stone issue from 7/26/69, interview with Jim Morrison.
I will tell you that the 2 Rolling Stone issues are somewhat yellowed with time, and the edges slightly frayed, but are otherwise intact. For those of you who may not know or remember, in the early days Rolling Stone was entirely in newsprint and then the whole book was folded in half to produce an 8 1/2 x 11. I had given some thought to framing one or both covers, but if they can help the cause, so be it.
