@clariearoo I would be interested in a sparkly hook in a 35" to be picked up at roo. I love the way you tape! ALSO I will donate at least 2 of these polypro hoops, they are UV reactive (no tape but I sand the inside for grip) made to whatever size you want. You can pick the colors, pink, green, yellow, orange. I will be bringing them to Roo. Starting bid is 25. I might bring more to bonnaroo if there is interest and I can get a good deal on the polypro.

Wow, this is the most amazing idea I have ever seen!! Unbelievable. I don't even have words for all of this. Lots of tears, but no words. I have been keeping Whoreshack updated on it. He thought I was joking when I told him about all of the stuff in here. Whoreshack has been having some difficulty reading through both of these threads. He can't wrap his head around all of the love in here. Says he can't figure out what he has done to deserve such terrific people in his life.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Whoreshack deserves all the love coming his way. He has a very kindhearted soul. I've never seen him at Roo or at Beale St. Fest without a smile on his face or a willingness to do for others. He did so much to make sure the campsite for Inforoo was staked out in tent only in the past and was the first one up preparing food for the masses at brunch. I have witnessed him go out of his way to help other board members out here when he didn't have to. The love is being returned and rightfully so.

This thread is inspiring.. Thanks to Madeline for clueing me in. As I've posted elsewhere, I may or may not get up to bonnaroo this year, but I'm trying- hard. Either way I'll find a print or painting to add here or bring to the brunch silent auction.
If I make it there I'll definitely bring my paint and do face (or wherever else) painting for a minimum donation to Whoreshack's cause. How much should it cost? I don't really want to paint any scrotums -but hey, its for a good cause, right?
I'll be adding additional items later this week but for now up for donation are the following items.
Roo bracelet/anklet/camelbak decoration - you specify what colors you'd like & I'll custom make one just for you. What I have been doing is using three colors from each year I've been to Roo (2011, 2012, 2013), but I'll make whatever you like. I have blue, orange, & bronze Roo symbols to chose from. I will make as many as are wanted. Suggested donation of $3.
Hows about 2 of them, the blue symbol...any combo of colors for the bands and I'll donate 10$

Do you think skiddles could pass as a dudetu? Cuz the lady just noticed how glittery glitterbomb was ( she was distracted by the adorable cat at first glance). So if possibly, change the original order to glitterbomb, and we shall discuss getting me into a dudetu. p.s. money has been sent.

Inforoosters! Im am whoring out my first wood burning ever! it is a silhouette of Jimi Hendrix, and I am super proud of this one! It has been hanging in my man shop since its inception, and im glad to donate it to help the cause. I will try and get a few more peices done before roo so that I may have them for the silent auction. I put creativity and love in every peice and I hope this brings someone as much joy as it brought me. It doesnt have a Jack White autograph, but its hand made and has a glossy finish!

^^^so true. it took me probably 2 months to pick up on the recent posts/threads and participated functions. (mostly because I browse/post from my phone except for when I'm in class/at work)

on the mobile site, it's in the drop down box at the top under the nav bar (the default is "Navigation", you can select "Participated threads")
You guys know that if you scroll down to the bottom of the "mobile site" you will see a link called "Desktop" and it will show you the regular forum? In that view the Participated button is on the top right. This view can be a big slower to load than the mobile site but if you prefer the look of the forum in that format you can easily jump to it from the mobile version.

I always view in Desktop Mode from my phone. A lot of the time the mobile version is really glitchy or just doesn't work.
