I happen to know my wife's answers since she literally had this discussion with me last night. She will be shaving and the bra is required for certain outfits and no bra with others (tank tops = no bra, apparently). I normally do an average job of listening, so while I could be completely wrong about that, I'm pretty sure that is her plan.

I wish I still had the tits I had when I was 16. I'd be letting those puppies roam free all weekend. I tried it for a day at Forecastle. At one point they flopped out while we were all on camera in chat, and I had to put paper towels under them during the day so I didn't have sweat rings. Damn babies.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
Ladies I can't recommend investing in laser hair removal strongly enough. It is beyond fantastic to literally never have to worry about the second half of this poll ever again!
A bra is a must for me at bonnaroo, personally. I tried going without one day many years back and I turned around and walked right back to my campsite within 10 minutes of entering centeroo because I was uncomfortable.
Do what makes you feel best!
I didn't know until the other day that they are marketing these newfangled thing-a-ma-jigs you can buy at stores and actually do laser hair removal at home! Yes, that sentence sounds completely idiotic because I don't know what all the makers are calling them (I think one is called the "No No"). Anyway, my mom is saving up all summer to buy one: they cost around $300 and up. Pretty neat, but I want to hear more about them before purchasing. And maybe they've been out forever but it's all new to me.

Whoa that sounds intense!
The place I went only hired physician assistants to perform the laserings, so I am not sure if I would trust myself not to mess something up or scorch myself. Also if the laser isn't strong enough to do damage in untrained hands, it may not be as effective? Worth a shot though, especially if you are sharing the cost.
If you decide to go the pro route, I'd recommend using a deal site like Groupon and then researching the place first. They're constantly advertising for laser hair removal specials here.

Well I'm a man, and I can dry shave my face in under two minutes. As far as boobs, I wear no bra. If I were a female, no way in hell would I shave, and if gravity had any noticeable effect on my breasts,id be wearing some support

That one, now that I see it, is one of the ones available at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. She showed me three, and no, the No No Hair! or whatever it is called, isn't the one she wants (I don't think it is laser removal). She wants the high priced one offered at B,B,&B.
I'm gonna let her buy and try first and then I'll report back to everyone

every time I hear that commercial I think it's for a sex toy at first. I mean, the "no-no"?
How much hair to y'all expect to grow in a few days? Maybe I'm lucky or something, but if I shave on Wednesday, I'll have maybe a tiny bit of stubble come Saturday. By Sunday, I'll be too freaking wiped out to care what's under my arms :-)
OMG if I shave Wednesday, I have stubble Wednesday night!!!

Meeee too. I was saying something about shaving to my boyfriend recently and he said "well, you can just shave Wednesday morning before we leave" and I said "that IS what I do, but if I do that I'm still stubbly before we ever get to the farm!"
I wore a bra for several years at Roo and then said the hell with it a couple of years ago (with a large amount of encouragement from my guy to go braless). I do; however, shave while I'm there. It is just a personal preference to not have hair growing wild everywhere. As many roosters have stated already, go with what you feel comfortable with because that is all that matters anyway.
If you're worried about people noticing... ain't nobody at 'roo got time for that! I only notice when women have months of hair growth under their arms/legs and even then, I don't give any shits as far as what she prefers to do.
If my girls were small enough, I'd be topless and painted. But they aren't so I need a bra to be comfortable. Also, swipe the pits, but screw the legs. I'm way to busy having fun to take time for that.
I walk around topless (Im one of those)and when I am not topless I wear a bathing suit top. I am lucky enough to have smaller titas some girls I camp with have very large titotas and have certain "sweat issues" when it comes to toplessness. As for shaving pits I shave the day before in the hotel my group stays at usually puts me at a semi noticeable hair growth by sunday....but walking around topless who notices my armpits really
If I don't shave my legs, they will poke each other when I'm trying to sleep I just bring a Venus Spa and shave quickly in the shower. I for sure don't do a bang up job. And no big boobs, no bra for me
never knew girls had so much insecurity about boob sweat. I'm a sweaty guy so maybe I am biased, but I could care less about sweaty breasts. not like it is a turn on, but definitely not a turn off.
If your gonna shave before you come down, you need to keep shaving. The sun, sweat, alcohol, sunscreen and whatever else you might be doing make a bad combonation when your hairs growning in. Razor burn will be so horrible it will ruin your time, let alone the possiblity of infected and ingrown hairs.
