No slaw on my sandwiches. Texas BBQ is too good to ruin in that way. In Memphis I always get the dry rub pork ribs. Normally from Rendezvous but they're closed today.

I'm coming from the East. We don't have near the quality BBQ as the Hill Country unless you're getting it off a home smoker. But alas, I'm already in Arkansas now. Maybe next time.

HEY! Screw you guys! I'm only kidding, the way you eat sandwiches is of no consequence to me, but I was saying that Central BBQ has great slaw and I don't eat BBQ without it, no matter where I'm at.
