I honestly can't even acknowledge my PBD yet. It hurts too bad. I was a Roo virgin this year but I already understand why the farm is home... HOW DO YOU MAKE IT A WHOLE YEAR BETWEEN ROOS??? I'm gonna need help.

This place is how we make it through. Stick around. We do good things here.
Take the good as something special and the bad and snarky with a grain of virtual salt and you'll be just fine.

readjusting is certainly tough; I'm thankful to have a little time off this weekend to gather myself a little more. I've just been in a daze since Monday. It's other bonnaroovians sharing this longing for the farm together that get us through to next year! =) I <3 Inforoo!
One thing that helps is the group i go with we have a huge group from all over the US and in jan we have a mid year meet up we also stay in contact thru fb and web chatting...its a pretty awesome group.

PBD is a serious condition characterized by symptoms such as overspending at local shows and ingesting far too much unnecessary corn post-Roo experience. Fortunately, treatment strategies include attending other festivals such as Electric Forest, Forecastle, Allgood, ect. while resorting to inforoo.com as a coping strategy and support group. Treatment prognosis = favorable. Till next year....
Do the same things you do at Bonnaroo. Go see great live music. Eat great food. Hang out with friends. Meet new people. Live life.
The only thing I can't do Outside the way I can in Bonnaroo is spend money. Ten times out of ten the answer to "Should I get this?" is "F*ck it, I'm at Bonnaroo." If I did that in the real world I'd get in trouble pretty quickly.

Go see a live show. It'll help full the void. Enjoy your toilet, AC, and bed. Start a jar to save up for next bonnaroo. It'll be here before you know it.

I listen to live audio downloads of sets from Bonnaroo to help ease the pain. I look at my pics and video I took at Bonnaroo as well. If I bought cd's of newly found Bonnaroo acts, they get heavy airplay (Tiny Victories, Von Grey, Cloney) Once the "Black Friday" sale hits in November, I start to perk up a little bit.

We have several, they meet at Spirit of the Suwanee Park, AllGood, Interlocken, and every other smaller but still amazing camping festival out there that infroo has a strong presence at.
Also if roo was one night longer people would be dropn like flys. In retrospect I'm grateful the festival isn't one day longer.
It's so funny because every Sunday, I'm like "Alright, Roo has been awesome, but I'm exhausted, I'm hurting, I am ready to sleep in my bed and not cook in the sun for a day." But then Sunday night rolls around and I'm crying like a biznatch because I never want to leave. Then I spend the next month telling my husband that we need to go back, that we made a mistake leaving.
I'm going to have to look into some of these other camping festivals. I need my support group!

I SAW YOU AT CLONEY YO!! Saw you raging in the front. They were awesome, i felt bad they were at the miller light lounge and people weren't in to it more. I mean the people close to the stage were but they were trying to get everyone moving and it was hard at a place that people go to just to relax.

Yessss, I see you're in the "genteel south" come to Bear creek if you're into the jam band thing, the best camping grounds of any festival that I have seen. And anyone that has been will agree with me!
