No, but you've got Goofus up here openly stating that he was just giving everyone yet another place to have the same f*cking argument already taking place in multiple threads around the forum. It was a well-deserved "go f*ck yourself," and I'd follow it up with "you piece of sh*t."

My Chemical Romance reunion for Friday night. You heard it here first.
Oh man, I had no idea they broke up this year. Did you catch any of them at Voodoo 2011? I entered the VIP pit during them on friday (they played main stage before Soundgarden) just for one song just for the lulz. Sweet Jeebus, I have never seen so many pu$$y destroyers & boner killers with makeup on (eXtreme black eyeliner) at in one location at a music festival.

We did catch a few minutes, it was terrible. My then fiance now wife liked a few of their songs back in the day and wanted to see them, but was really quickly turned off by the live show. Can't remember who we went and caught after that.

Ha. After that I walked over to Le Plur to see Major Lazer helicopter towels for one song. Then we walked over to Le Carnivale and saw the best music discovery that I've ever had at a music festival: Red Baraat. Then Soundgarden.
Done! And it was extra pleasurable because while violently attacking my happystick, I imagined the tears of all the people who were upset over the creation of a thread on a message board. The chafing was pretty bad, but I regret nothing. I appreciate your encouragement!
For real though, some people don't want to wade through the incoherent clusterf*ck that is the official headliner thread to find other people's opinions on the headlining chances on a specific band. Plus, polls are useful for organizing information into an easy-to-digest format.
I can see both sides. I lean towards thinking that they will headline next year to make up for it and personally I would love to see them but I have heard people say that it may not be likely unless they put out another album which does make sense. It will be interesting to see what happens. Long and difficult wait until we find out about them and the rest of the lineup!

I don't think they will headline simply because it's too expected. I'm a Mumford fan and was really looking forward to seeing them, but thinking about seeing them on the bill again just makes me think "Meh, okay I guess". It's not really much of a surprise. I don't think the folks at Bonnaroo want to be so predictable. I feel like I booking Mumford again would make it seem less like the 2014 headliners are special in their own right, because we're really just getting 2013's leftovers - a Band-Aid for this year's misfortune.
