Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I kind of feel like Roo should have set an earlier announce date this year will all these May-June festivals doing lineup drops and pre sales already.. Surprised they're dropping so late.
They don't care. They'll sell 80k+ tickets no matter what.
Didn't get any confirmations, but someone associated with Action Bronson, Danny Brown, and A$AP Mob and DFA 1979 said that they've got "some artists who have been booked by Bonnaroo"

So can we add break science to the list of confirmed acts? I saw last week they were retweeting everyone who guessed break science to the second roo clue. seems pretty definite to me.

Take it as you will, guys.
Ferg and Danny Brown, please.
That company also represents B*witched so better put them down as "Rumored."
After analyzing that list it appears this group represents Chvrches and Cake, both of which have been hinted at by Roo Clues. So that could be your answer right there.
Edit: Oh, and they rep Cage the Elephant and The Avett Bros. So it may be that this guy's comment hasn't given us any info we already know. They have a ton of great artists though so here's hoping we get a few more (Broken Social Scene one-off please!).

That's pretty awesome. With Deitch coming to the farm I wonder if we'll get a lettuce set?

If there's speculation for The Kills I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with Jack White after all... they're both playing Governor's Ball and with the White/Mosshart connection already it would be amazing.
Sent a message out to a couple of the agents over at Panache booking about Ty Segall, Speedy Ortiz, La Luz and Mac DeMarco
La Luz would be awesome, I saw them open for of Montreal shortly before their van accident and they were incredible. The other bands you mentioned would be great gets too, hope you get good replies!
Seeing as you failed to respond to my last post, I've a few questions for you.
Firstly, what exactly is it about those artists that you think make me a hipster? Secondly, what makes someone a 'hipster band'? Is Tom Waits? Captain Beefheart? Pet Shop Boys? Future Of The Left? Kanye West? The reason I ask is Pitchfork favourite Mac DeMarco gets a lot praise on here, I haven't seen you accuse any of those of being a hipster. Is it just bands YOU haven't heard of? Don't forget, I've lived in the UK all my life and we have a very different relationship with music from those in North America.
Finally, what is with the passive aggressive behaviour? Were you not allowed to play out as a kid or something?

Meh, don't feed the troll. Daniel Johnston NEEDS to be at the farm. I'm perplexed as to why he's never been there.
"All in all, the creative act is not performed by the artist alone.. the spectator brings the work in contact with the external world by deciphering and interpreting its inner qualifications and thus adds his contribution to the creative act." -- Marcel Duchamp

Is there anything more hipster than saying being born in a foreign country gives you a different (and impliedly superior) relationship with music than us Yanks?
In all seriousness, I think Snob was just being funny. Don't let the internet hurt your feelings.

Is there anything more ignorant than thinking the UK has no cultural difference to the US?

You do realize that only 2 of those bands you listed in your original post are form the UK, right? Im not sure how listening to American bands gives you a very different relationship with music from those in NA?

Yes, there is... I'd say feeling that you have to point that out is really ignorant. Don't feed the troll.
