Lionel Richie is there, Outkast isn't, and you'll all live to fight another day.
Arcade Fire - Outkast - Allman Brothers Band 2015
The thought of them booking Allman after Trucks & Warren leave is cruel on a level even my sadistic ass couldn't reach. ITM, are you joining the dark side?

Disco Biscuits at Bonnaroo? The bassist (Mark Brownstein) just posted something about this weekend's Philly shows but ended it with "BLAM!!" Coincidence on saying that on today of all days?

Haha just a joke on the "booking a year too late" idea.
A year after AF headline Coachella in support of their new album. A year after the Outkast reunion that has tons of buzz. A year after the Allman's call it quits/regroup.
I wasn't sure if they were replacing members or just ending it when they leave.
On a side note...i'm SUPER happy that there's absolutely no overlap with the top line of Coachella, of which i'm headed to for the first time this year. Has this happened in recent years? Seems like there's always at least one act overlapping. BONNAROOOOOO!!!!
Going from the UK -> USA is way, way different than going USA -> Poland.
Agreed but jay-z also did it the next day outkastvwould have saturday to travel
Flying from the UK to the US takes like 5 hours, plus you get the benefit of the time change. Flying to Warsaw is about 12 hours of travel, plus you lose 5 or 6 hours with the time zones. Its not an easy trip. Comparing the two is silly.

No, all the overlap is with coachella's lineup from last year.
The Allman Brothers are officially calling it quits at the end of this year.
No, the band will live on. Warren and Derek are leaving, they're not ending the band itself.
In an interview with Relix magazine, band leader Gregg Allman said "This is it—this is the end of it," adding, "45 years is enough and I want to do something else, anyway. Everyone has their own real good perspective bands."
***Ooops, sorry for the overkill on the response***

Uh...no? The only overlap is with Vampire Weekend from the confirmations we have so far...

So if they got on a plane at noon on Sat they would still be at their destination easily Sunday morning with time to sleep for 8 hours before their show right?
I'm not great at math but isn't 12 sat + 20 hours of travel and loss of time = a 8am arrival?
