Seriously though, I like when I get individual snaps even when they're in people's stories. Those of us with hearts like the feeling we get when someone thinks about us enough to say "Hey, you might like this", even if it only takes a half second to click on the box.

In regards to the 500 second long stories.... I can't help it if my life is this interesting. I just need to make sure you all know how much I like music, like being drunk and hate West Virginia.
Haha I hate long stories; if I see one that has 100+ secs to it I usually just skip it completely. Especially concerts. I fully support other people's enjoyment of their shows and want them to have a blasty blast, but I personally get absolutely nothing out of a blurry shaky 10-second video full of screaming fans and unrecognizable music through a shitty microphone. I fully admit I usually take a couple concert snaps too, but I doubt anyone else really cares lol.

That is what I do with the selfies for Friday. I send the mass selfies out to my fellow inforoo'ers and then don't put it in my story. I try to keep it under 5 secs, and you can tap it to have it over if you want. I do send somethings to both my story and specific friends, but I highly doubt that Phyre Fest is one of them (or a snapchat friend in general actually).

Nah man. That snap about her dress color needed to be seen twice. I laughed so hard at that. I'm so happy it was in her stories too. That laughter lives on.

I sometimes feel like a jerk not responding but then other times I just don't know so I don't respond at all. It's odd, this snapchat etiquette.

I do that too and I enjoy getting personal snaps. When I see it in someone's stories too then I know it was a general snap and that helps actually. But then sometimes I'll respond unprompted anyways. Like Jazzzzy's Glass Animals selfie a little bit ago. Glass Animals is also my jam so I felt like we needed to bond over that. I'm aware that wasn't just to me, but I responded anyways.

And yes, I blocked a ton of mass snappers a long time ago, but even less time ago I unblocked all of them.
I presume this is one of those things you can only do with a smartphone, right?
I used to have a smartphone. But I had a problem with being on Facebook while driving.
Then it is best that you don't have a smartphone. One of my friends paints just her thumbnail bright red, so that when she sees the red nail, it reminds her not to mess with her phone while driving. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. I use my bluetooth feature, but other than that, do not use my phone in the car. You can always tell when someone is texting/facebooking/fucking-with-their-phone and driving.
