soooo much effort! there should be a "select all" button at the top... or even an option to just send to the same people you sent the last one to... I love you all, and I'm sure you all love my fabulous walmart snaps, but it is such a pain to go down and choose every single person.
My phone has given up on notifying me on all the snaps I get. I'll check it thinking it's just 4 and there will be like 18. You guys are all awesome. Let's make 2014 a snapchastic year.

Or maybe you were just drunk as well All I know is that multiple people called me out on it the next day. I vaguely remember you being one of them... It would have been like 6 months ago, so maybe old age is getting to you

I think the bigger issue was that they showed their data was vulnerable to an extent and that (I think) it linked snapchat names with people. You know how people love internet anonymity.

Don't you worry Boner, every now and then I indulge in this delicious bastardization of poutine served up at one of my neighborhood spots. It has pulled pork, white cheddar gravy, & bacon.

Yea, from what I've read it's not so much about "Oh no...they know our phone numbers" but rather about "We warned Snapchat they had vulnerable security and they didn't fix it so here's proof that their system can be hacked". Basically it just lets people know Snapchat (like a lot of things) is vulnerable to hacks which could mean more data could be discovered if some nasty hackers were inclined enough. I read one of the concerns is hacking snapchat and accessing the photos that people think get deleted immediately. And of course...passwords are always a safety issue (since some people use the same password for a bunch of stuff).
The way I see it, if "you" want total anonymity, stay away from all things internet, phone, GPS... If you participate, you have to accept that things like this will happen.

To an extent I agree but I feel like I should be allowed to use a GPS device without having to worry about my identity getting out. It's not solely about anonymity but also about identity theft and digital safety. This isn't just an internet thing, too. Just recently there was a big story about hackers getting credit card information from people who had used one at Target stores. I could have been a person who never uses the internet or GPS or cell phone and still have my private information leak out and be damaging to my finances and personal life.
If people are just upset about having their name out there....yea, totally agree....don't use these things. There's a reason these types of things are generally free....they aren't the product. You and your information are the product. I hate it when someone complains about social media programs or apps when the real problem is that person being too careless with their information they are putting out there.

This is probably a terrible thing to admit... but I totally know how to do that dance. They were doing it so slowly though... I'm assuming they sped it up once people caught on?

Lol I know the ins and outs of the dance, I'm just not coordinated enough to do it. They did speed up after the guy they were trying to teach gave up.
